Verfahrensschritte Sür einen form- oder stoffschlüssigen Schließkörperverbund vorliegen a) daß der zum Zwecke form- oder stoffschlüssiger Verbindung mit einem Aluminium-Hohlprofil vorgesehene Anstoßrand (61 in Figur 1) eines Schließkörpers (60) aus Stahlblech am Außenumfang (66) des Aluminium-Hohlprofils (1, 2) angelegt wird; b) daß am Umfang (66) des Aluminium-Hohlprofils (1, 2) in der Regel mit Abstand (fix2) vom stirnseitig>r Anstoßrand (61) des ochllel.Rörpers (60) eine flächige Anstoßzone (63) vorgesehen ist, die einen Bestandteil des Schließkörpers (60) darstellt; c) daß sich mindestens im Anstoßrand (67) des Schließkörpers (60) eine in der Regel zum Randbereich hin verbreiterte schlitzartige Ausnehmung (5 in Figur 3) befindet, deren Länge in die spätere Abstandzone (62) reicht; d) daß gegensinnig zum Axialverlauf des Gerätes mit bekannten Mitteln eine auf zunehmenden Schlitzverschluß (5) gerichtete Druckzubringung (vglo Pfeile in Figur 3) stattfindet, welche im Rotationsprozeß eine stauchartige Verformung des Schließkörperrandes (61) mt.Umfangminderung adaequat zur Einriilung in die Aluminium-Außenwandung (66) bewirkt und die elastischen Rückstellkräfte des StahlbIeches weitgehend aufhebt e) daß mit zunehmendem Schlitzverschluß (5 in Figur 3) die zunächst auf Formschluß und Abrieb ausgelegte Drehzahl eines der beiden Werkstuecke (1, - 2 - oder-60) zur Erzielung von Reibungswärme so weit erhöht wird, daß mindestens teilweise an Kontaktrand (61) oder Kontaktfläche (63) stoffschlüssiger Werkstoffverbund bei Stillstand stattfindet0 2.
