Description
The invention relates to a sole for sports shoes according to the preamble of claim 1.
The sole according to the main patent enables an individual Adjusting their damping ability without the feel of the web to affect the runner. The present invention deals with a further improvement and Ausge staltung of the invention according to the main patent, the The task is to dampen the barrel influence the sole further by the support body and control.
To this end, the invention proposes the configuration according to the Characteristic of claim 1 before.
Because the sole layer is made of the resilient Material usually ge through a heel wedge is intended, from a fairly soft Material consists, for example, of polyurethane foam, while the support body is deformable under pressure and bending are, however, overall for the purpose of defining the Damping ability a greater hardness than the material the sole layer, the latter experiences in the Surroundings of the recesses after inserting the support body a compaction. This compression results in the area around the recesses is naturally a higher one Resistance of the material to one Compression and bending deformation, d. H. locally the Sole layer in the vicinity of the recesses stiff. The extent of this local densification depends from the excess by which the external dimensions of the Support body the internal dimensions of the recesses before inserting the support body. Thus, the principle of the invention desired stiffening of the sole layer under the Footprint in the heel area to a certain Share through a targeted compression of the Reach sole material yourself. That is why advantageous because the achievable in this way Stiffening in the outsole does not abruptly on the Boundary surface of the recess to the support body there, but already in the sole layer builds itself up and gradually towards the out acceptance increases. It also makes it possible the support body and the recesses smaller dimensioned because of its low hardness and bending stiffness by the resulting ver Sealing and stiffening in the vicinity of the Aus is balanced again.
According to an advantageous development of the invention are the support body massive pressure and bending deformation bare chopsticks made of plastic at one end a collar intended for contact with the edge of the sole and in its opposite end section a more number of rings spaced apart have covenants. As a result of excess support body expresses itself opposite the recesses respective recess wall strongly on the outside surface of the support body and thus between the Bundles of rings. There is therefore no need for a separate one Measures to be taken to fix the To cause support body in the recesses.
In den Zeichnungen zeigenAn embodiment of the invention will follow following with reference to the drawings explained. Show in the drawings

The sports shoe, of which only the heel-side sole area is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, is, for example, a tennis shoe with a shaft 1 and an outsole in the form of a shell sole, which forms a heel wedge 2 at least in the heel area. The shell sole is, as usual, pulled up a little on the shaft 1 and connected to it by gluing, sewing or direct injection. In the area forming the heel wedge 2 , it consists of a light and relatively soft polyurethane foam which has a Shore hardness of approximately 35. A profiling, not shown here, is formed on the running side.
On the two opposite side soles edges 3, 4 , a flat edge recess 5 is formed. In the two edge recesses 5 open three mutually parallel bores 6 , which run between the contact surface and the running side of the heel wedge 2 as well as parallel thereto and transverse to the longitudinal direction of the sole. Their distances from each other are usually the same. However, this is not mandatory; it should be remembered to move the front bore 6 a little further forward.
A rod-shaped support body 7 according to FIG. 4 is intended for insertion into the bores 6 . This support body 7 consists of an elastomeric plastic material, for. B. from an elastically resilient polyurethane, and is both compressible and elastically bendable transversely to its longitudinal axis. The support body 7 has at its left end a collar 8 which, in the state inserted into the bores 6 , should come to rest against the lateral sole edge 3 or 4 or in the base of the recess 5 . At the opposite end 9 , the diameter of the support body 7 is not greater than in the cylindrical shaft region 10 adjoining the collar 8 . In the end section 9 lying before the end 11 , six spaced-apart ring bundles 12 are formed, the outer diameter of which is smaller than that of the federal government 8 . In a practical embodiment, the diameter in the shaft 10 is, for example, 8 mm, while the ring bundles have a diameter of 10 mm.
The diameter 13 of the bores 6 is smaller than the diameter of the shaft 10 . The difference in diameter can be up to 1 mm and above, for example. Therefore, if the support body 7 is inserted into one of the bores 6 so that it extends from one end to the opposite, it compresses the material of the heel wedge 2 in the vicinity of the associated bore 6 and stiffens it against further compression and bending deformation , as explained at the beginning. In addition, the wall of the corresponding bore 6 presses locally into the existing axial spaces between the annular collars 12 and fixes the support body against an unwanted axial displacement in the bore 6 . A special precaution for fixation is therefore not necessary.
Due to the excess diameter of the support body 7 relative to the bore 6 , it is difficult to insert the support body 7 into the bore 6 without further notice. For this purpose, the device according to FIG. 3 is provided, which essentially consists of a tube 14 and a handle 15 firmly connected to it. The handle 15 is shaped so that the tube 14 can be pressed with the palm into one of the bores 6 , but can be retracted at the end by engaging the fingers on round grooves 16 . The length of the support body 7 ; the inside diameter thereof is dimensioned so that the support body 7 can be easily inserted therein. In the vicinity of the free pipe end, the pipe wall is bulged into a flat bead 17 . The bead 17 is adjoined by an edge 18 which is thinner in wall thickness and which is easily deformable in comparison with the rigidity of the wall of the tube 14 .
The support body 7 is inserted by means of the device according to FIG. 3 in such a way that the tube 14 is first pushed so far through one of the bores 6 that it protrudes from the opposite mouth end of the bore. Then a support body 7 is inserted into the tube 14 and then the tube is withdrawn. In the course of the retraction, the collar 8 comes to rest on the respective sole edge 3 or 4 or the base of the associated recess 5 , so that the support body 7 slowly withdraws from the tube 14 as the retraction continues. The bead 17 ensures that the wall of the bore 6 lies correctly on the outer surface of the support body 7 in the region of the free pipe end.
B. Polyamid. The device consists, for example, of an elastic ver malleable plastic, e.g. B. polyamide.
In the exemplary embodiment described above, the bores 6 are smaller in cross-section over their entire length than the supporting bodies 7 , so that the material surrounding the bores 6 is compressed over their entire length. However, this is not mandatory. It is also possible to provide an oversize over the diameter 13 of the bores 6 only in the end regions of the support body 7 , which is done, for example, by a shoulder in the region of the collar 8 and by the annular collars 12 . The resulting compression in the end regions of the support body 7 also gives the effect of the invention of a continuous increase in stiffness to the side of the main load point through the heel and also the desired fixation of the support body 7 within the bore 6 without additional holding measures.
In the exemplary embodiment described, the bores 6 are arranged in a straight line and parallel to the contact surface or to the tread of the sole, and the support bodies 7 are correspondingly straight. Also in this regard, however, a better adaptation to the curved tread of the human heel can be achieved if either the bores 6 are curved downward in the heel wedge 2 , so that the - then with a certain bias inserted support body 7 in its entirety one after bent bottom "rust" form, or the support body 7 are thickened in their end regions in front of the collar 8 and in the region 11 upwards, so that they cause greater compression in these areas than in their central region in the vicinity of the associated holes 6 . Both measures create a kind of footbed in the heel, which manifests itself in a very advantageous support and lateral support of the foot. In order not to provoke incorrect insertion into the bores 6 in the case in which the support bodies 7 are additionally thickened upward in their end regions, which would lead to the opposite effect, it is expedient for the support bodies 7 and the associated bores 6 not circular in cross-section, but polygonal. For example, the cross-section can be triangular in shape, with one side of the triangle lying parallel to the footprint for the heel, so that an undesired change caused by rotation of the support body 7 cannot occur during use.
In order for certain sole materials, e.g. B. with rubber with a correspondingly high coefficient of friction, to facilitate the insertion of the tube 14 into the bores 6 , it can be thought either to provide longitudinal ribs on the outer side of the tube 14 or to roughen it, so that a lubricant, for. B. powder, can be provided on the outer surface.
