Besonders wichtig ist hierbei die Krümmung der Kopffläche des Stockes q oder die dem Stocke zugekehrte Fläche der Platte p, da hierdurch die Deformation der Platte und die sichere Anlehnung ihrer Dichtungsflächen an die Wand der Laufhülse begünstigt wird.
