The present invention relates to a lighter and cigarette box holder, consisting of at least two or more short clamping arms (3) and/or closed ring openings (4), the ring openings as well as the short clamps being provided for holding a lighter, and of at least two or more longer clamping arms (2 and 6) which are used for holding the cigarette box, so that the lighter holder connects the two separate devices, a lighter and a cigarette box, to form one device.

Lighters are used by smokers, among other things, to light a cigarette as quickly as possible. Often there is the problem that the cigarettes are stored somewhere else than the lighters.

The object of the invention is to provide a device with the function of a small lighter and cigarette box holder, adapted to the shape and size of a cigarette box, designed in such a way that the device consists of closed ring openings ( 4 and 5 ) and/or several clamps ( 2 and 2a ) which, on the one hand, can insert or hold a lighter and, on the other hand, can hold the cigarette box of various sizes by means of simple ( 2 ) or also movable clamps ( 6 and 2a ), so that the lighter and the cigarette box are connected to one another by the device and thus the smoker is guaranteed quick access to light a cigarette.

There are several types of lighters available on the market. In order to be able to insert or hold the lighters available in the normal commercially available lighters in the new lighter holder, the new lighter holder should have at least two different ring openings (Fig. 3: 4 and 5) or clamps (3).

The normal size and standard of lighters is usually the length and width of the wide side of a cigarette packet. This means that the lighters can easily fit snugly against a cigarette packet without anything sticking out.

When attaching the new lighter holder to a cigarette pack, the width of the clip allows for advertising.

Another inventive feature is that the smaller clamps of the lighter and cigarette box holder are movable, allowing all types of lighters to be inserted, and the two longer extendable clamps (Fig. 5 and 6) can be used to hold any cigarette box. This means that lighters and cigarette boxes of any type and length can be connected to one another.

The box as well as the lighter can be easily replaced after emptying by pulling the clips apart.

In addition, the lighter and cigarette box holder can have a clamp or ring device for a cigarette holder.

Another inventive feature are devices where lighters and clips for holding the cigarette pack consist of one piece ( Fig. 4 and Fig. 9 ).

The lighter and cigarette box holder can be made of wood, metal or preferably plastic. Plastic is ideal for the clamps because the plastic parts have to be shaped in such a way that they create tension when opened or stretched and thus the lighter or box can be held in place by this tension.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the examples of lighters or cigarette packets described above.

Claims (6)

1. Lighter and cigarette pack holder with at least two or more clips as a fastening device ( Fig. 1) for simultaneously holding a lighter (8) and a cigarette pack (7). 2. Cigarette pack holder, consisting of a lighter ( Fig. 9 and Fig. 4) and a clamping device with two or more clamps for securing a cigarette pack. 3. Lighter and cigarette pack holder with one or more closed rings ( Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) as a fastening device for holding a lighter and a cigarette pack at the same time. 4. Lighter and cigarette box holder according to claims 1 and 3, characterized in that the fastening device simultaneously has at least two or more clamps and one or more closed rings. 5. Lighter and cigarette box holder according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the fastening device is made of metal, wood or preferably of plastic. 6. Lighter and cigarette box holder according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the clamps for holding the objects are displaceable in length ( Fig. 5, 6, 7).
