Claims (1)

Auf Verpackungen von Waren oder auf Waren (Gegenständen) selbst mechanisch befestigtes oder aufgeklebtes Etikett zur Produktidentifikati­ on mittels elektronischer Datenverarbeitung. Das Etikett trägt sichtbar eine EAN-Nummer in Klarschrift sowie die EAN-Nummer als Barcode. In dem Etikett ist integriert ein nicht sichtbarer Folientransponder (a. aktiv arbeitend mit integrierter Stromquelle als Folienbatterie; b. passiv arbeitend ohne integrierte Stromquelle als Folienbatterie). Der Folien­ transponder besteht aus einem Microchip und einer in das Etikett inte­ grierten Antenne, welche die Produktidentifikation und Lokalisation der mit dem Etikett markierten Ware/Verpackung mittels drahtlosen Daten­ transfers ermöglicht.
