Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Scheinwerfer mit hinter der Lichtquelle angeordnetem Hauptspiegel und vor derselben liegendem Hilfsspiegel und bezweckt eine solche Ausbildung des Scheinwerfers, daß derselbe die Möglichkeit bietet, die ganze verfügbare Lichtmenge ' in zerstreutem Zustande auszusenden und für die Fahrt in engen Straßen und Kurven ausreichendes Streulicht zu liefern. Beispielsweise wird der Streuwinkel für einen Randpunkt des Scheinwerferspiegels durch den aus der Zeichnungsfigur ersichtlichen Winkel 0! dargestellt, welcher gleich dem Winkelwert α ist, unter welchem die Leuchtfläche des Blendenkörpers diesem Randpunkt des Spiegels erscheint.
