Umrandung für Backgut, bestehend aus hitzebeständigem, vorzugsweise wieder­ verwendbarem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umrandung (1) ohne Boden ausgeführt und in mindestens einer Ausdeh­ nungsrichtung, vorzugsweise in der Breite und/oder in der Länge, verstellbar ausge­ bildet ist.1.
