Claims (1)

Kunststoffbox mit Kunststoffeinsatz in lebensmittelechter Qualität versehen mit Deckel. Diese Teile werden im Tiefzieh- oder Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt. Die Oberflächen weißen leichte Strukturen auf, die Form ist designerisch gestaltet den Anwendungen entsprechend.
Der Zwischenraum ist mit Isolierstoffplatten ausgelegt.
In den Seitenfächern befinden sich die von mir bereits geschützten Kühlmodule, sowie die Anschluß- und Steuer­ einheit. An der Seitenwand des Laderaums befindet sich der Flachkühlkörper, dieser ist verschraubt mit dem Montageklotz des Kühlmoduls im Seitenfach. Dieser Flachkühlkörper gibt dann die Kälte an das Kühlgut ab.
Die Seitenfächer sind je mit einem geschraubten und gesicherten Deckel versehen, was den Zugriff zu den beweglichen und oder spannungsführenden Teilen den VDE entsprechend verhindert.
Auch der Deckel ist doppelwandig und isoliert, mit einem umlaufenden Falz versehen, um die erzeugte Wärme/Kälte im Raum zu halten.Plastic box with plastic insert in food-safe quality provided with a lid.
