Claims (1)

Flaschenkasten aus Kunststoff mit einem Gefache, das einzelne Fächer abteilt, die zur Auf­ nahme von Flaschen mit Kronenkorken (Metallverschlüsse) geeignet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens in einer Wand mindestens eine Öffnung integriert ist, die als Flaschenöffner (bzw. Kapselheber) zum Öffnen von Kronenkorkenflaschen ausgebildet ist. Die Integration von mehreren Öffnungen (Flaschenöffnern) in die Kastenwände ist je nach Ausführung und Ka­ stendesign möglich.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Flaschenkasten aus Kunststoff mit einem Gefache, das einzelne Fächer abteilt, die zur Aufnahme von Flaschen mit Kronenkorken (Metallverschlüsse) geeignet sind.
Flaschenkästen für Mehr- und Einwegtransportsysteme sind verhältnismäßig großvolumige Spritzgußteile. Die Wanddicke der die Stabilität bewirkenden Teile, wie Boden, Ecksäulen, Wände beträgt beispielsweise 2,4 mm bis 4 mm.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, in die Flaschenkastenwände des Flaschenkasten­ körpers einen oder mehrere Flaschenöffner bzw. Kapselheber für Kronenkorken zu integrieren.
Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens eine Wand minde­ stens eine Öffnung hat, die als Flaschenöffner für Kronenkorken ausgebildet ist. Die Integration von mehreren Öffnungen (Flaschenöffnern) in die Kastenwände ist je nach Ausführung und Kastendesign möglich.
Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, daß beim Herausnehmen einer Flasche mit Kronenkorken aus dem Flaschenkasten (z. B. Bierflasche) ein Flaschenöffner sofort zur Hand (nämlich als Kasten­ bestandteil) ist und es keiner Suche eines externen Flaschenöffners bedarf. Da ein Flaschen­ öffner häufig nicht direkt vorhanden ist, wenn man eine Kronenkorkenflasche öffnen will, wird des öfteren zu den bekannten Hilfsöffnern, wie Einwegfeuerzeuge (Hebelwirkung), Abschlagen des Kronenkorkens über Kanten etc. gegriffen. Sofern diese Öffnungsversuche überhaupt er­ folgreich sind, sind die bei solchen Ersatzöffnungsmethoden mögliche Verletzungsgefahren nicht auszuschließen. Nahezu ausgeschlossen sind sie allerdings bei der Integration des Fla­ schenöffners in die Flaschenkastenwand.
Flaschenkästen der in Rede stehenden Art sind seit langem in der Praxis bekannt. Bei dieser Ausführung ist der Flaschenöffner in den Kastenkörper des Flaschenkastens eingebunden (integriert) und zeichnet sich durch eine oder mehrere Öffnungen aus, welche die Funktion ei­ nes Flaschenöffners für Kronenkorken übernehmen können. Ein zusätzlicher weiterer Fla­ schenöffner wir dadurch nicht mehr benötigt.
Ausführungsbeispiele werden anhand Fig. 1 erläutert.
In der Wand des Flaschenkastens (1) befindet sich beispielsweise eine Öffnung (2), welche als Flaschenöffner ausgebildet ist. Es können aber auch weitere Öffnungen in den Wänden des Kastens integriert sein.

Bottle crates for reusable and one-way transport systems are relatively large-volume injection molded parts. The wall thickness of the parts which bring about stability, such as the floor, corner pillars and walls, is, for example, 2.4 mm to 4 mm.
The invention has for its object to integrate one or more bottle openers or bottle openers for crown caps in the bottle crate walls of the bottle crate body.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that at least one wall has at least one opening which is designed as a bottle opener for crown caps. The integration of several openings (bottle openers) in the box walls is possible depending on the version and box design.
The invention has the advantage that when a bottle with crown corks is removed from the bottle crate (e.g. beer bottle) a bottle opener is immediately at hand (namely as a component of the crate) and there is no need to search for an external bottle opener. Since a bottle opener is often not available when you want to open a crown cork bottle, the well-known auxiliary openers such as disposable lighters (leverage), knocking off the crown cork over edges etc. are often used. If these attempts at opening are successful at all, the risk of injury with such alternative opening methods cannot be excluded. However, they are almost impossible when integrating the bottle opener into the bottle crate wall.
Bottle crates of the type in question have long been known in practice. In this version, the bottle opener is integrated into the box body of the bottle box and is characterized by one or more openings which can take over the function of a bottle opener for crown caps. An additional bottle opener is no longer required.
Exemplary embodiments are explained with reference to FIG. 1.
In the wall of the bottle crate ( 1 ) there is, for example, an opening ( 2 ) which is designed as a bottle opener. However, further openings can also be integrated in the walls of the box.
