Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine gegen Diebstahl gesicherte Münzkasten-Baugruppe mit vereinfachtem, leichtem Aufbau.The invention relates to a coin box assembly secured against theft with a simplified, lightweight construction.
Münzkästen werden vielfach bei Münztelefonen, Spiel- und Verkaufsautomaten usw. eingesetzt, und ein seit langem bestehendes Problem dabei ist, daß unbefugte Personen Zugang zu den Münzkästen erhalten können! Die US-Patentanmeldung Nr. 08/869.972, angemeldet am 5. Juni 1997 offenbart eine Münzkasten-Baugruppe, die ein Hauptgehäuse und einen in dem Hauptgehäuse entfernbar aufgenommenen Münzkasten aufweist. Das Hauptgehäuse umfaßt ein Paar Schienen, um den Münzkasten in eine vollständig in dem Hauptgehäuse aufgenommene Position zu führen. Ein Verriegelungsmittel ist an dem Hauptgehäuse befestigt, um den Münzkasten in dieser Position zu sichern. Der Münzkasten umfaßt eine obere Deckelbaugruppe, die eine feste Platte und eine bewegliche Verschlußplatte aufweist, die weg von der festen Platte vorgespannt ist, so daß sich eine obere Öffnung des Münzkastens normalerweise in einem offenen Zustand zum Aufnehmen von Münzen befindet. Das Hauptgehäuse umfaßt weiter einen in einer oberen Platte davon definierten Münzzugang, der zu der oberen Öffnung des Münzkastens ausgerichtet ist, wenn der Münzkasten vollständig in dem Hauptgehäuse aufgenommen ist. Wenn der Münzkasten aus dem Hauptgehäuse entfernt wird, wird die Raste der beweglichen Verschlußplatte über ein elektromagnetisches Stellglied hinweg bewegt, so daß die Verschlußplatte auf die feste Platte zu bewegt wird und somit die obere Öffnung des Münzkastens verschließt. Die Raste der Verschlußplatte steht in sicherem Eingriff mit dem elektromagnetischen Stellglied, nachdem die Raste über das elektromagnetische Stellglied hinweg bewegt wurde, um die obere Öffnung des Münzkastens noch immer zu verschließen. Man hat jedoch festgestellt, daß das Schloß leicht zerstört werden kann, weil das Schloß sich am offenen Ende des Hauptgehäuses befindet. Zusätzlich verursachen die Schienen des Hauptgehäuses und Rillen in dem Münzkasten zu hohen Hersteilkosten. Darüber hinaus ist es erforderlich, daß ein leerer Münzkasten den mit Münzen gefüllten Münzkasten ersetzt, die Kosten sind hoch, der Transport ist umständlich, weil jeder leere Münzkasten muß mit einem elektromagnetischen Stellglied ausgestattet sein muß.Coin boxes are widely used in pay phones, gaming and vending machines, etc., and a long-standing problem is that unauthorized persons can gain access to the coin boxes! The detent of the locking plate is securely engaged with the electromagnetic actuator after the detent has been moved past the electromagnetic actuator to still close the upper opening of the coin box. However, it has been found that the lock is easily destroyed because the lock is located at the open end of the main housing. Claims (8)
einen Münzkasten (100) mit einem darin ausgebildeten Trennungsbauteil (102), einer daran ausgebildeten Riegelfalle (103), einem an seinem einen Ende befestigten Verriegelungsmittel (101) und einem an einem anderen Ende davon montierten ersten Eingriffsmittel (104, 108),
einen entfernbar oberhalb des Münzkastens (100) montierten oberen Deckel (106) zum Öffnen und Schließen des Münzkastens (100), wobei der obere Deckel (106) ein zweites Eingriffsmittel (104, 108) umfaßt, das darauf montiert ist und lösbar mit dem Verriegelungsmittel (101) in Eingriff steht, und der obere Deckel (106) weiter eine darin ausgebildete Münzöffnung (109) und zwei Gleitrillen (107) umfaßt, die entsprechend in zwei Seitenflächen des oberen Deckels ausgebildet sind,
eine verschlieblich in den Gleitrillen (107) des oberen Deckels aufgenommene Abdeckplatte (110), die zwischen einer ersten, die Münzöffnung (109) abdeckenden Position und einer zweiten, die Münzöffnung (109) nicht abdeckenden Position bewegbar ist, wobei die Abdeckplatte (110) einen auf ihrer Oberseite ausgebildeten Block (112) und einen auf ihrer Unterseite ausgebildeten Riegel (113) umfaßt,
ein Gehäuse (200) zum herausnehmbaren Aufnehmen des Münzkastens (100), wobei das Gehäuse (200) ein an seinem einen Ende angebrachter elektromagnetisches Stellglied (201) aufweist, das lösbar an dem ersten Eingriffsmittel (104, 108) des Münzkastens (100) angreift, wenn der Münzkasten (100) vollständig in dem Gehäuse (200) aufgenommen ist, und dadurch das Entfernen des Münzkastens (100) aus dem Gehäuse (200) verhindert, und das Gehäuse weiter eine in seiner Oberseite ausgebildete Sammelöffnung (203) aufweist, die zu der Münzöffnung (109) ausgerichtet ist, wenn der Münzkasten (100) vollständig in dem Gehäuse (200) aufgenommen ist, wobei ein Betätigungsmittel (208) auf der Oberseite des Gehäuses (200) befestigt ist und das Betätigungsmittel (208) es dem Block (112) der Abdeckplatte (110) ermöglicht, durchzutreten, wenn der Münzkasten (100) in das Gehäuse (200) bewegt wird, und wobei das Betätigungsmittel (208) den Block (112) stoppt, wenn der Münzkasten (100) von dem Gehäuse (200) weg bewegt wird, um die Abdeckplatte (110) aus der zweiten, die Münzöffnung (109) nicht abdeckenden Position in die erste, die Münzöffnung (109) abdeckende Position zu bewegen, während der Riegel (113) bewegt wird, um mit der Riegelfalle (103) in Eingriff zu gelangen, so daß der obere Deckel (106) geschlossen ist, solange das Verriegelungsmittel (101) nicht entriegelt ist. 1. Coin box assembly comprising:
a coin box ( 100 ) having a separating member ( 102 ) formed therein, a latch ( 103 ) formed thereon, a locking means ( 101 ) attached to one end thereof and a first engaging means ( 104 , 108 ) mounted on another end thereof,
an upper lid ( 106 ) removably mounted above the coin box ( 100 ) for opening and closing the coin box ( 100 ), the upper lid ( 106 ) comprising a second engagement means ( 104 , 108 ) mounted thereon and releasably engaging with the locking means ( 101 ), the upper lid ( 106 ) further comprising a coin opening ( 109 ) formed therein and two sliding grooves ( 107 ) formed respectively in two side surfaces of the upper lid,
a cover plate ( 110 ) slidably received in the sliding grooves ( 107 ) of the upper cover and movable between a first position covering the coin opening ( 109 ) and a second position not covering the coin opening ( 109 ), the cover plate ( 110 ) comprising a block ( 112 ) formed on its upper side and a latch ( 113 ) formed on its lower side,
a housing ( 200 ) for removably receiving the coin box ( 100 ), the housing ( 200 ) having an electromagnetic actuator ( 201 ) attached to one end thereof which releasably engages the first engagement means ( 104 , 108 ) of the coin box ( 100 ) when the coin box ( 100 ) is fully received in the housing ( 200 ) and thereby prevents the removal of the coin box ( 100 ) from the housing ( 200 ), the housing further having a collecting opening ( 203 ) formed in its top side which is aligned with the coin opening ( 109 ) when the coin box ( 100 ) is fully received in the housing ( 200 ), an actuating means ( 208 ) being attached to the top side of the housing ( 200 ), the actuating means ( 208 ) allowing the block ( 112 ) of the cover plate ( 110 ) to pass through when the coin box ( 100 ) is moved into the housing ( 200 ), and wherein the actuating means ( 208 ) stops the block ( 112 ) when the coin box ( 100 ) is moved away from the housing ( 200 ) to move the cover plate ( 110 ) from the second position not covering the coin opening ( 109 ) to the first position covering the coin opening ( 109 ) while the latch ( 113 ) is moved to engage the latch catch ( 103 ) so that the upper lid ( 106 ) is closed as long as the locking means ( 101 ) is not unlocked.
