1. Sicherheitseinrichtung für eine Gemüseschneidmaschine, die über ein in etwa
vertikaler Ebene rotierendes Schneidwerkzeug verfügt und bei der an der einen
Seite des Schneidwerkzeugs ein das zu verarbeitende Produkt dem
Schneidwerkzeug zuführendes Transportsystem und an der anderen Seite des
Schneidwerkzeugs eine das Schneidwerkzeug verkleidende Schutzhaube
vorgesehen sind, die Schutzhaube nach unten eine Produktabgabeöffnung
aufweist und unterhalb der Produktabgabeöffnung eine schwenkbar gelagerte,
über einen Anwesenheitstaster mit dem Antriebsmotor des Schneidwerkzeugs
schalttechnisch gekoppelte Sicherheitseinrichtung vorhanden ist, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß in Längsrichtung der Gemüseschneidmaschine an jeder
Seite der Produktabgabeöffnung (4) der Schutzhaube (2) eine sich in
Transportrichtung und nach unten erstreckende, die Produktabgabeöffnung (4)
der Schutzhaube (2) seitlich abdeckende Trennwand (8, 8') vorgesehen ist und
die Trennwände (8, 8') starr oder quer zur Transportrichtung ausschwenkbar
gelagert sind.1.
