Description

Auch werden Probenträger oder Verbrauchsmaterialien teilweise mehrfach verwendet, so z.B. für einen Meßzyklus, während dessen nach einer ersten Messung weitere chemische Reaktionen mit Reaktions- und Einwirkzeiten ausgeführt werden, bevor mit demselben Probenträger oder Verbrauchsmaterial eine weitere Messung erfolgt. Ferner ist eine Kennzeichnung eines herkömmlichen Probenträgers in der Regel nicht maschinenlesbar und ein Zusammenhang zwischen einer Beschriftung eines Probenträgers einerseits und mit dem Probenträger ausgeführten verschiedenen aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsvorgängen andererseits nur schwer darstellbar bzw. nachvollziehbar. Ferner können die Probenträger Träger für biotechnologische Reaktionen, beispielsweise Dipsticks oder ELISA-Platten sein. Beispielsweise kann in optischen Biosensoranwendungen der erfindungsgemäße Probenträger in Form eines "Hybridchips", d.h. mit einem in die Fassung eines Biochips integrierten elektronischen Speicherchips ausgebildet sein. Die im Speichermedium enthaltenen Informationen können in der externen Verarbeitungseinrichtung geändert (aktualisiert) werden, um anschließend wieder zum Speichermedium übertragen zu werden. Die Übertragung kann dabei beispielsweise bei Verwendung eines Transponders oder eines elektrischen Speicherchips elektromagnetisch erfolgen. Die Kennzeichnung der zweiten erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform dient somit lediglich zur Identifikation des Probenträgers und enthält allgemeine Daten bezüglich des Probenträgers, die nicht von der entsprechenden Messung oder Behandlung abhängen und deshalb nicht aktualisiert werden müssen.
