Claims (5)

1. Kaltgezogener Draht aus ausscheidungshärtbarem bzw. wärme­ behandelbarem, nichtrostendem bzw. korrosionsbeständigem Stahl, der außer Eisen in Gewichtsprozent folgende Bestand­ teile enthält:
0,065-0,11% C
von Spuren bis zu max. 1,2% Si
0,2-1,3% Mn
15,8-18,2% Cr
6,0-7,9% Ni
0,5-1,5% Al
insgesamt max. 2% anderer möglicher Legierungselemente, der dadurch hergestellt ist, dass eine Metallschmelze mit der genannten chemischen Zusammensetzung in Block-, Barren- oder Strangform gegossen ist, die zerteilbar bzw. auftrennbar ist,
dass aus dem Block, Barren oder Strang, vorzugsweise nach der Wärmebearbeitung in die Form von Elektroden, durch Elektro-Schlacken-Umschmelzen (ESU) ESU-Barren gebildet sind,
dass die ESU-Barren mit abschließendem Drahtziehen wärmebe­ arbeitet, anschließend zur Herstellung eines gebeizten gezogenen Drahtes beizbehandelt, so dass sich in einer Oberflächenschicht bis zu 1 mm Tiefe (berechnet von der Oberfläche) in einen zentralen Längsbereich durch den Draht keine größeren Schlacke- oder Ascheeinschlüsse als 30 µm, vorzugsweise von nicht mehr als 20 µm, befinden, und dass der Draht mit einer Flächenreduktion von mindestens 30% kaltgezogen ist.
