Claims (12)

1. Wärmeempfindliches Bilderzeugungselement zur Herstellung einer lithographischen Druckplatte
  • a) mit einem lithographischen Träger mit einer hydrophilen Oberflä­ che,
  • b) mit einer auf dem Träger angeordneten hydrophoben Schicht,
    • 1. die gegenüber sichtbarem Licht oder UV-Licht unempfindlich ist und
    • 2. ein in wäßrig-alkalischer Lösung lösliches Polymer enthält, und
  • c) mit einer gegenüber IR-Strahlung empfindlichen Deckschicht da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • d) die Durchdringbarkeit und/oder Solubilisierbarkeit der Deck­ schicht in wäßrig-alkalischer Lösung mit einem pH-Wert zwi­ schen 7,5 und 14 bei IR-Laserbelichtung zunimmt oder abnimmt.
