Mit dem „Kombinierten Fahrpedal" wird bei einem PKW oder LKW sowohl die Antiebskraft als auch die Bremskraft geregelt, Der Vorteil liegt darin, daß der Bedienungsfuß nicht mehr vom Pedal abgehoben werden muß. Die sogenannte Reaktionszeit ,als die Zeit,die vom Erkennen eines plötzlichen Hindernisses bis zum Einsetzen der Bremswirkung vergeht, wird kurzer, weil mit dem Fuß kein Pedalwechsel mehr erfolgt, sondern nur ein „Absatzkick".The "combined accelerator pedal" is used to regulate both the driving force and the braking force in a car or truck. Ein Fußpedal ( Zeichnung 1, Pos. 1) ist im Fußraum eines Fahrzeuges so angeordnet und ca. mittig gelagert, daß von einer Mittelrast des Pedals aus die Bewegung der Pedalspitze nach vorn die Antriebskraft regelt und die Rückwärtsbewegung mit dem Absatz die Bremsen betätigt. (Zeichnung 1.). Dies wird erfindungsgemäß so gelöst, daß die Bremskraft abhängig vom Fußdruck von einem durch elektrische Signale angesteuerten Bremskraftverstärker verstärkt wird. Dazu ist auf der Achse des Kolbens des Hauptbremszylinders eine „Druckdose" mit piezoelektrischen Gebern angeordnet. (Zeichnung 1, Pos. 2.). Mit der Rückwärtsbewegung und dem Absatzdruck wird die Kraft über die Druckdose auf den Kolben des Hauptbremszylinders geleitet. Die piezoelektrischen Geber in der Druckdose verändern druckproportional eine elektrische Primärspannung, die nach einer Verstärkung den Bremskraftverstärker steuert. Mit zunehmendem Pedaldruck wird auch die Bremskraftverstärkung größer. Da die piezoelektrischen Geber praktisch nur auf Druck reagieren, ist dieBremskraft- bzw. die Bremskraftverstärkung nur vom Pedaldruck abhängig, was eine sehr sensible Bremskraftdosierung erlaubt. Bei Wegnahme des Pedaldruckes führt eine Rückholfeder die Achse des Bremskolbens mit der Druckdose und dem Stößel in die Ausgangslage zurück und das' Pedal in die Mittellage.A foot pedal (Drawing 1, Item 1) is arranged in the footwell of a vehicle and mounted approximately centrally so that the movement of the pedal tip forwards from a central notch of the pedal regulates the driving force and the backward movement with the heel activates the brakes.
