Es wäre daher wünschenswert, wenn man auch frisches oder mit Spirituosen getränktes, getrocknetes oder mit Spirituosen getränktes frisches Obst entsprecht mit Schokolade überziehen könnte. Wenn solche Schokoladenfrüchte mit einer sehr feuchten Fruchtmasse waren jedoch bisher nicht ausreichend haltbar, da die Feuchtigkeit des frischen Obstes oder die Spirituosen, mit denen das getrocknete oder frische Obst getränkt war, den Schokoladenmantel in kurzer Zeit auflösen oder erweichen.Such chocolate fruits are usually made by coating dried or dehydrated fruit with chocolate.
