Claims (6)

1. Halteclip (10) für die Befestigung an hülsenförmigen Teilen (36) von Schreibgeräten, wie Kugelschreiber-Gehäuse­ teilen, Füllfederhalter-Schutzkappen o. dgl., der eine aus federndem metallischem Bandmaterial ausgestanzte und an ih­ rem oberen Ende am hülsenförmigen Teil befestigte Halte­ spange aufweist, deren unteres Ende federnd am hülsenförmi­ gen Teil (36) angedrückt ist, wobei die Haltespange im Be­ reich ihres oberen Endes zwei von ihren gegenüberliegenden Längsrändern in Richtung zum hülsenförmigen Teil (36) umge­ kantete lappenförmige Abschnitte (14) aufweist, und der Stegteil (12) der Haltespange über das obere Ende der lap­ penförmigen Abschnitte (14) hinaus zu einer Zunge (20) ver­ längert ist, die im Bereich der oberen Ränder der lappen­ förmigen Abschnitte (14) zweimal gleichsinnig zum hülsen­ förmigen Teil und dann in eine im wesentlichen parallel zum Stegteil (12) verlaufende Lage zwischen den lappenförmigen Abschnitten (14) zurückgekantet ist, wobei die Länge der Zunge (20) so bemessen ist, daß ihr freies Ende die umge­ kanteten lappenförmigen Abschnitte (14) in Richtung auf das untere Ende der Haltespange überragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die lappenförmigen Abschnitte (14) den zurückgekanteten Abschnitt der Zunge (20) in Richtung ins Gehäuseinnere überragen, und
daß im unteren Endbereich des gehäuseinneren Rands der lap­ penförmigen Abschnitte (14) und im zugeordneten Bereich des umgekanteten Abschnitts der Zunge (20) in der normalen Aus­ gangsstellung voneinander beabstandete, beim Abheben des unteren Endes der Haltespange aus seiner federnden Anlage am Schreibgeräte-Gehäuse (36) nach einem vorgegebenen Abhe­ bewinkel jedoch aneinander zur Anlage kommende Anschlagmit­ tel vorgesehen sind. 1.
