Transport pallet

The invention relates to a transport pallet according to the preamble of claim 1.

Transport pallets are used for all types of goods. The goods are arranged on the pallets either packed or unpacked and are usually secured for transport.

It is common practice to transport the transport pallets with the goods arranged on them using a forklift. The transport pallet is loaded with the goods using a forklift or by hand, depending on the size and weight. Forklifts require a corresponding radius of action, which is often not available to the required extent in production facilities. Industrial goods, such as cabinets for office, computer and technician workstations, tables, shelves, roll containers and laboratory trolleys, are moved to the pallets using smaller mobile transport devices if they cannot be moved themselves and are then lifted or pushed onto them. In addition to the mobile equipment, this requires considerable skill and physical strength, and accidents with injuries and damage to the transported goods cannot be ruled out.

The invention is based on the object of creating a transport pallet which has an extremely simple construction and ensures safe, hazard-free loading with the transported goods.

According to the invention, the object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Useful and advantageous embodiments are contained in the subclaims and in the description of the figures.

The invention is based on the basic idea of integrating a device for loading the transport pallet into the transport pallet and designing the transport pallet in such a way that the loading device can be removed if necessary, e.g. pulled out or out, and can be placed on the transport pallet and/or connected to it in order to ensure safe, largely risk-free loading and unloading.

The transport pallet is stable both with the integrated loading device and when the loading device is removed and is designed to accommodate and load the corresponding goods, in particular equipment cabinets, LAN cabinets and the like.

The loading device is designed like a loading ramp, i.e. as an inclined plane in order to overcome the height difference between a floor surface and the loading level of the transport pallet.

In a preferred embodiment, the loading or ramp device is designed in a wedge-like manner and is integrated into a standing area of the transport pallet, which is arranged below the loading area with loading level.

An advantageous, simple and cost-effective solution provides for wedges as a ramp device, which are integrated into the support profiles of a transport pallet, which are usually designed as almost square or rectangular squared timbers. The wedges thus form a bottom-side part of the support profiles, which are created by an oblique cut, starting from one end of the transport pallet or the support profiles.

In the transport position, the wedges are arranged almost completely below the loading area and the support profiles of the standing area and are held in place with a positive fit. It is advisable to fasten the wedges in the transport position to prevent them from accidentally coming loose when the transport pallet is being transported. A particularly simple fastening can be carried out with at least two screw connections in the area of a wedge.

In order to create an inclined plane or loading ramp for loading the transport pallet, the wedges are removed from the loading area after loosening the fastening elements, i.e. pulled or pushed forwards or to the side in order to

rotated by about 180 so that the wedge tips are positioned at the end furthest from the pallet and one end of the wedges, which forms a side surface for an almost horizontal loading level with a contact side of the transport pallet in the transport position, rests against the transport pallet or can be positioned at a very small distance from it. It is particularly advantageous if the wedges that have been removed and rotated around a vertical axis can be attached with their end to the contact side of the transport pallet in order to ensure safe loading.

The fastening can be carried out, for example, using a Velcro fastener or with locking elements, whereby it is particularly advantageous that the wedges can be placed at different distances from one another and fixed to the contact side of the transport pallet. The wedges can then be arranged in the track width of transport devices for goods or of mobile equipment carriers and equipment cabinets, so that essentially one person can load and unload a transport pallet.

The transport pallet according to the invention not only avoids heavy physical work, but also reduces working time and largely eliminates any risk to the goods.

The dimensions of the wedges in relation to their height at the front and their length in relation to the height of the transport pallet or its contact side and the total length of the transport pallet should be such that an almost stepless inclined plane for loading and unloading, a horizontal loading plane in the transport position, is achieved.

When the wedges are removed, the transport pallet can be tilted forwards around a horizontal pivot axis and then forms part of the inclined plane, but the transport pallet can also be moved back to the horizontal when loaded, so that the wedges can be pushed under and secured again for the transport position. The transport pallet's height can be about 8 to 10, which means that even in this position, particularly with transport and loading protection, the goods can be arranged in a safe manner.

Fig. 1 shows a transport pallet 2, which has a standing area 3 and a loading area 4. The transport pallet 2 can be made of wood, for example. The loading area 4 is made of boards 14, which rest on and are fastened to at least two support profiles 7, for example squared timbers with a square or rectangular cross-section.

Fig. 1 and 2 show the transport pallet 2 in a transport position in which the loading area 4 is arranged almost horizontally and is suitable for receiving goods, for example equipment cabinets and the like (not shown).

A ramp device 5 for loading the transport pallet is integrated into the transport pallet 2 and, in this embodiment, into the stand area 3. The ramp device 5 is designed as part of the loading area 4 and is evident in particular from the side view according to Fig. 1 and from Fig. 3, in which the ramp device 5 has already been detached from the transport pallet 2 and slightly displaced in the pull-out direction according to arrow A.

The ramp device 5 is formed by wedges 6, which are formed by an oblique cut (see Fig. 1) from the edge profiles 7 and can be fastened to the transport pallet 2 from the loading area 4 using fastening elements 9, which are only indicated here.

Fig. 3 shows that the wedges 6 in the area of a front side 11 and the support profiles 7 in the area of a contact side 12 have almost the same height. The wedges 6 are thus integrated parts of the standing area 3 or the support profiles 7 and are designed to complement them, such that the transport pallet 2 has a horizontal standing area 3 in the transport position according to Fig. 1 to 3.

In a loading position, which simplifies loading and unloading and is shown in Fig. 4 and 5, the transport pallet 2 with its loading area 4 is arranged at an angle because the wedges 6 have been removed. The wedges 6 pulled out to the front or side were, after a rotation

of approximately 180 around a vertical axis 8 on the installation side 12 of the transport pallet 2 and form an inclined plane 13 as a loading ramp. The inclined plane 13 is continued without a disruptive transition by tilting the transport pallet 2 around a horizontal axis 10 with the loading area 4. After loading or unloading, the transport pallet 2 can be aligned horizontally again.

Fig. 5 shows with dashed lines the arrangement of the support profiles 7, the length Ip of the transport pallet 2 and the length Ik of the wedges 6 of the ramp device 5. Fig. 5 also shows that the pulled-out wedges 6 in the loading position are arranged at a smaller distance from each other than in the integrated arrangement shown in dashed lines in the transport position. The wedges 6 can thus be adapted to the track width of a loading device (not shown) or a mobile equipment trolley or equipment cabinet which are to be stored and/or transported on the transport pallet 2.

Fastening devices which are expediently provided on the front side 11 of the wedges 6 and on the contact side 12 of the support profiles 7 and/or the loading area 4, e.g. locking elements or Velcro fasteners, are not shown.

Transport pallet with a standing area (3) and a loading area (4), which is arranged above the standing area (3) and is designed to accommodate goods, characterized in that a ramp device is integrated into the transport pallet (2) (5) is integrated and that the ramp device (5) can be adjusted from a transport position, in which it is accommodated in the transport pallet (2), into a loading position, in which it is arranged outside the transport pallet and rests against it. 2. Transport pallet according to claim 4, characterized in that the wedges (6) can be removed from the standing area (3) after loosening the fastening elements (9) and after &ogr; a rotation of approximately 180 around a vertical axis (8) can be applied to the standing area (3) in a ramp-like manner. 6. Transport pallet according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the wedges (6) have a front side (11) and the standing area (3) with the loading area (4) have a contact side (12), that the front side (11) and the contact side (12) are arranged one above the other in the transport position and lie against one another in the ramp-like loading position and are detachably connected. 7. Transport pallet according to claim 6, characterized in that the wedges (6) in the ramp-like loading position can be fixed at a predeterminable distance from one another via Velcro fasteners or locking elements on the contact side (12). 8.
