Diese Folge von Verstärkungswänden wird zur Aufdoppelung der Seitenwände um die Falzlinie 150 in die Innenseite der Seitenwände zurückgefaltet und mit diesen durch Verklebung verbunden. Vielmehr sind die Bodenklappen 242 und 244 entlang einer dreiseitigen Umfangslinie 260 bzw. 262 aus den Verstärkungwänden 252 und 254 freigestanzt. Während die Verstärkungswände 252 und 254 um 180° umgefaltet werden, um die Vorderwand 2 bzw. die Rückwand 4 zu verstärken, werden die Bodenklappen 242 und 244 nur um 90° aufgefaltet, um zur Ausbildung des Faltbodens 34 beizutragen. Damit der Faltboden bei dieser Ausführungsform vollständig geschlossen und auch stabil genug ist, sind die an die Schmalwände 6 und angelenkten Bodenklappen 246 und 248 so groß ausgebildet, daß sie im wesentlichen die gesamte Bodenfläche der Verpackung abdecken.In the embodiment of Fig. 3, reinforcement walls 252 and 254 are only provided for the front wall 2 and the rear wall 4.
