Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur Aufarbeitung von heterogenen Gemischen von Abfällen, insbesondere Hausmüll, Sperrmüll, Verpackungsresten und trockenen Gewerbeabfällen, bei dem man Feingut von gröberen Teilen und leichte Stoffe von schweren Stoffen durch Sieben und Sichten im Luftstrom trennt.The invention relates to a plant for processing heterogeneous mixtures of waste, in particular household waste, bulky waste, packaging residues and dry commercial waste, in which fines are separated from coarser parts and light materials from heavy materials by sieving and sifting in an air stream.
Die Aufarbeitung von heterogenen Gemischen von Abfällen, insbesondere Hausmüll, Sperrmüll, Verpackungsresten und trockenen Gewerbeabfällen, ist eine energie- und arbeitsaufwendige Angelegenheit, die aber durchgeführt werden muß, um Deponieraum zu sparen und um Rohstoffe zurückzugewinnen, die dann erneut in der industriellen Produktion eingesetzt werden können. Hierzu gibt es eine Reihe von Verfahren und Anlagen, die aber in mancher Hinsicht noch einer erheblichen Verbesserung bedürfen, um wirtschaftlich zu arbeiten. Dabei ist die Energieeinsparung von besonderer Bedeutung, denn ein hoher Energieaufwand belastet die Umwelt. Die Anlage zur Aufarbeitung von heterogenen Gemischen von Abfällen, insbesondere Hausmüll, Sperrmüll, Verpakkungsresten und trockenen Gewerbeabfällen, besteht aus einer Aufgabevorrichtung 1 mit einem Transporteur 2, aus einer Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung 3 mit einem anschließenden Transporteur 4 aus in einem geschlossenen Raum 5 angeordneten Siebvorrichtungen 6, sowie einer Windsichteranlage. Diese besteht aus einem Gebläse 7, das oberhalb des geschlossenen Raumes 5 angeordnet ist und Luft aus dem geschlossenen Raum 5 absaugt. Der Ausgang des Gebläses 7 ist an ein Rohr 8 angeschlossen, das eine Abzweigung 9 aufweist. Ein Zweig führt in die freie Atmosphäre, der andere Zweig des Rohres 8 führt zu einer Anordnung von Düsen 10 unterhalb der Siebvorrichtung. daß mehrere hintereinander in verschiedenen Höhen angeordnete Roste (11A, 11B) sowie eine Vorrichtung für das Rütteln und Vibrieren des auf diesen Rosten (11) liegenden und durch das Rütteln von Rost (11A) zu Rost (11B) bewegten flächig ausgebreiteten Gutes vorgesehen ist,
daß ein Gebläse (7) vorgesehen ist, das durch das ausgebreitete heterogene Gemisch einen Luftstrom von unten hindurchsaugt, der nach seinem Durchtritt durch das heterogene Gemisch seitlich abgelenkt ist und
daß in dem Raum (5) mindestens eine Ruhezone (14) für das Absetzen von vom Luftstrom mitgenommenen Teilen vorhanden ist. 1.
