Außenleuchten beziehungsweise die genannten Einrichtungen oder Anlagen, die im Außenbereich von Gebäuden oder im öffentlichen Bereich aufgestellt sind, erfüllen nach dem Stand der Technik neben ihren eigentlichen Funktionen sicherheitstechnische Funktionen. So ist es beispielsweise bekannt geworden, Außenleuchten mit einer Kamera auszurüsten, um einen sicherheitstechnisch empfindlichen Außenraum in Nähe der Außenleuchte zu überwachen. Das Bedürfnis für eine solche Überwachung besteht insbesondere zum Beispiel bei Firmengeländen, Banken, militärischen Anlagen usw..Soweit Außenleuchten oder Masten oder dergleichen bereits nach dem Stand der Technik mit einer Überwachungskamera ausgestattet wurden, waren dies Sonderanfertigungen, das heißt, das Leuchtengehäuse beziehungsweise der Mast mußte eine 0 entsprechend angepaßtes Äußeres aufweisen, was mit relativ hohem Aufwand in der Produktion verbunden ist, da zum Beispiel solche Außenleuchten mit Überwachungskamera naturgemäß in geringeren Stückzahlen hergestellt werden als gewöhnliche Serienleuchten. Dagegen war eine Umrüstung einer bereits in Benutzung genommenen Außenleuchte oder anderen Anlage für den Außenbereich nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Insbesondere stellt sich in letzterem Fall das Problem, eine Überwachungskamera so unterzubringen, daß sie sich hinsichtlich des Designs des Gesamtgegenstandes in die äußere Gestaltung gut integriert. Außerdem besteht ein Bedürfnis, eine Überwachungskamera so unterzubringen, daß diese für gegebenenfalls zu überwachende Personen sehr unauffällig ist, so daß diese Person möglichst nicht gewahr wird, daß die Außenleuchte oder andere Anlage im Außenbereich eine solche 5 Überwachungskamera enthält. Dies kann man über Heizelemente durchführen, wobei die Heizung elektronisch gesteuert sein kann und ein Thermometer vorhanden ist, so daß bei Unterschreiten einer Betriebstemperatur die Heizelemente eingeschaltet werden können. Die Einsatzbereiche eines erfindungsgemäßen Bauelements 10 und einige der vielen möglichen Varianten seiner Verwendung werden nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die Fig. 4 bis 9 näher beschrieben. Fig. 4 zeigt eine laternenartige einflammige Außenleuchte 9, bei der auf den Laternenkopf ein erfindungsgemäßes Bauelement 10 aufmontiert ist. Diese Montage kann im Nachhinein erfolgen, so daß eine herkömmliche Außenleuchte unauffällig umgerüstet werden kann. Der Aufbau kann aber auch so sein, daß die Außenleuchte 9 von vornherein werkseitig mit einem solchen Bauelement 10 gemäß der Erfindung ausgerüstet wird. Wie man erkennt, besteht das Bauelement 10 aus zwei miteinander verbindbaren Halbschalen 10a, 10b, die in etwa in ihrem äquatorialen Bereich miteinander verbunden sind und somit einen Rotationskörper bilden. Das Sichtfeld der Kamera ist angedeutet. Aus der Darstellung wird der erfindungsgemäße Zweck ersichtlich, der darin besteht, das Bauelement 10 so unauffällig auszubilden und so unauffällig an der Außenleuchte 9 anzuordnen, daß eine Person beim Anblick der Außenleuchte 9 vermutet, daß der 0 Leuchtenkopf, der aus dem Bauelement 10 besteht, Teil der Außenleuchte ist und ein reines Zierelement darstellt, so daß nicht vermutet wird, daß dieser Leuchtenkopf eine Kamera enthält. Fig. 8 zeigt eine weitere Variante der Erfindung, bei der an einer Decke 17a ein Deckenbefestigungsteil 17 einer Außenpendelleuchte 18 angebracht ist. Die Außenpendelleuchte 18 - es könnte sich ebenso gut auch um eine Innenpendelleuchte in einer Gebäudeeingangshalle oder dergleichen handeln - hat anstelle des üblichen Deckenbaldachins ein Deckenbefestigungsteil 17, das dem Bauelement 10 gemäß der Erfindung entspricht. Im Inneren des Deckenbefestigungsteils 17 befindet sich wieder die Überwachungskamera. Das Kamerasichtfeld 31 ist in Fig. 8 angedeutet. Auch hier ist die Anbpringung besonders günstig für die Erfassung des Kamerasichtfelds 31, wobei außerdem der Vorteil gegeben ist, daß die zu beobachtende Person in der Regel nicht nach oben schaut und somit nicht erkennt, daß dort eine Kamera untergebracht ist.
