Abstract

The table structure has a table top (2) of a hard plastics, preferably of polyester which can be reinforced by fibres or with talcum filling material. Holder openings are at the under side for the table legs (3). Each table leg has a V- or U-shape, with the upper ends (5) fitting into the holder openings at the table top, for the table to stand on the lower ends (4) of the legs. The table legs may have a kink or curved position (9) inside it ranging from the table plate to the base.

The innovation concerns a table according to the generic term of the

saying 1.

Such tables are widely known, although in this case garden tables, i.e. tables intended for outdoor use, are of particular interest.

The innovation is based on the task of improving a generic table so that it can be manufactured inexpensively and also has very good stability.

This problem underlying the innovation is solved by a table having the features of claim 1.

Table legs should be used whose material is bent or curved in the middle of its length, so that overall U-shaped or V-shaped table legs are created. The lower bend or bend point can be placed on the floor and the two upper ends of each table leg are drilled

A fibre-reinforced table top with polyester can be advantageous
