Description
Vierreihige lineare KugelgleitführungFour-row linear ball slide guide
The invention relates to a linear ball sliding guide, in particular a linear ball sliding guide with four rows of steel balls to increase the high load capacity.
The linear ball slide guide has already been widely used in precision machinery and instruments. Due to the need for miniaturization of machinery and instruments, the smallest possible unit size with high load capacity has become necessary nowadays.
Fig. 16 shows a conventional linear ball slide guide, in which the guideways (33, 34, 35, 36) run approximately radially and the thickness of the sliding block (2) must increase in order to prevent the circulating holes (85, 86) from engaging in the 0 fastening screw hole (28), thereby increasing the total height of the slide guide, reducing the application space and deteriorating the stability of the slide guide. Fig. 17 shows another conventional linear ball slide guide in which the guideways (33,34,35,36) run approximately horizontally, whereby the horizontal circulation reduces the space to be circulated and as a result the diameter of the steel ball is usually reduced in order to avoid the circulation holes (85,86,87,88) engaging the side surface (29) of the sliding block, whereby the decisive dynamic and static load coefficient and the rigidity of the slide guide are considerably reduced. In some designs, the diameters of the steel ball are not reduced, but the width of the guideway is shortened, so that the strength and rigidity of the slide guide are also reduced.
Zur Ververmeidung der obigen Fehler werden erfindungsgemäß dieTo avoid the above errors, the invention uses the
Steel ball is increased so that the strength and rigidity of the sliding guide are increased without changing the application space.
Fig. 1 shows a linear ball slide guide according to the invention, in which the arrows show the directions of force exerted by steel balls on the sliding block and the guideways (33,34,35,36) of the ball circulation system at the ends of the troughs form an angle of 45° with the directions of force, with the guideways running in an arc to extend the circulation. Since two additional fastening screw holes (28,29) are built on top of the sliding block, the left and right guideways of the steel ball troughs are to be extended horizontally towards the outside and curved downwards to form an arc, thus avoiding engagement in the screw hole and extending the circulation time.
Fig.2 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Erfindung, Fig. 3 bis Fig.9 zeigen Stirnansicht und perspektivische Ansichten der notwendigen ZubehörteileLinks und rechts im Abschlußdeckel (3) der Erfindung (Fig.5 und 6) ist je eine Höhlung (31,32), die je zu einem Führungsblock (4, Fig.7) paßt, wobei der Führungsblock (4) zwei Eigenschaften hat: 25Fig.2 shows a perspective view of the invention, Fig.3 to Fig.9 show front view and perspective views of the necessary accessories. On the left and right in the cover (3) of the invention (Fig.5 and 6) there is a cavity (31, 32) each of which fits a guide block (4, Fig.7), whereby the guide block (4) has two properties: 25
1. ein Führungsblock (4) führt zwei Reihen Umlaufstahlkugeln gleichzeitig, ist leicht zu montieren und raumsparend.1. a guide block (4) guides two rows of circulating steel balls simultaneously, is easy to install and saves space.
2. oben auf jedem Führungsblock (4) ist einen Anschlagstift2. On top of each guide block (4) is a stop pin
(45), der das auf dem Kulissenstein (2) befindliche 0 Führungsloch (21) in Ausrichtung bringt.(45), which aligns the 0 guide hole (21) on the sliding block (2).
Fig. 10 zeigt den Abschlußdeckel (3) mit vier NasenFig.10 shows a perspective view for the assembly of the guide block (4) and end cover (3), in which two stop pins (45) fit exactly into guide holes (21) (Fig.3), whereby the end cover (3) and the guide block (4) fit equally well with the sliding block (2), so that the steel balls can move completely freely in the circulation system. Fig. 10 shows the end cover (3) with four lugs
This also applies to the reverse direction of introduction. Such a steel ball circulation, in which the steel ball troughs on the sliding block do not require corner rounding and machining, accommodates the longer effective trough length for loading the steel ball and increases the load-bearing capacity and rigidity of the sliding guide.
Fig.8 und 9 zeigen Kugelhaltebügel dieser Erfindung. Fig.8 shows the upper retaining bracket (5) and Fig.9 shows the side retaining bracket (6). The middle of the upper retaining bracket is attached with two screws to the screw hole (22) in the middle at the bottom of the sliding block (2), whereby its two bevels
To avoid interference with the four lugs (91,92,93,94) located on the cover (3), four corners
The bottom of the side ball retaining bracket (6) is equipped with two ears (60) which, after assembly with the sliding block (2), fit correctly on both sides of the sliding block (2), whereby the curved side (63) holds the steel ball correctly.
Fig.15 zeigt
befindlichen vier vorragenden Ringe die in der Fig.14 gezeigtenAnother embodiment of this invention shows a special free-running circulation system, in which the left and right sides of the end cover (Fig.13) each have a cavity (31,32) which separately fit a guide block (Fig.14), and two ends of the circulation holes of the sliding block (Fig.12) 0 and two ends of the steel ball troughs each equip with a fisheye hole (2a,2b), whereby the end cover and guide block with fisheye holes form arcuate flanges (95,96,97,98) after assembly and thus
Clamp the flanges of the end cover and the guide block straight into the fisheye holes of the sliding block. Fig.15 shows the assembly of such an end cover and the guide cover, in which the four protruding rings on top of the end cover have the holes shown in Fig.14.
Fisheye holes clamp precisely, whereby the end cover and the guide block are brought into correct mutual alignment with the help of such fisheye holes and thus enable the free running of the steel ball circulation. Such a circulation system can run smoothly, but the trough length acting on the load of the steel ball can be shortened due to the equipment of the fisheye holes in troughs and thus the load capacity and the rigidity can be reduced.

Fig.7 shows the perspective view of the guide block (4) of this invention, in which the guide block (4) has two guide grooves (41,42) which can guide two rows of circulating steel balls simultaneously, are easy to assemble and save space; and in which the upper surface of the guide block (4) is equipped with a stop pin (45) for bringing the guide hole (21) on the sliding block (2) into proper alignment, thus ensuring the opposing space between the guide block (4) and the sliding block (2) and avoiding the interference due to the combination error, using the oil tank (46) for introducing the lubricating oil. Fig.10 shows a perspective view after assembly of guide block (4) and end cover (3), in which two stop pins (45) fit the guide hole (21, Fig.3), whereby the end cover (3) and the guide block (4) fit well with the sliding block (2) so that the steel balls can move completely freely in the circulation system. In Fig.10 it is shown that on top of the end cover there are four lugs (91,92,93,94) which, after assembly of components shown in Fig.10, and sliding block, grip deeply into the sliding block, whereby the steel balls are guided into the steel ball troughs and smoothly introduced into the circulation system. Such a steel ball circulation, in which the steel ball troughs on the sliding block do not require corner rounding and machining, absorbs the longer effective trough length for the load on the steel balls and increases the load capacity and rigidity.

Fig.8 shows the upper ball retaining bracket of this invention, in which the upper ball retaining bracket (5) prevents the steel balls located in the steel ball troughs (81,82) from falling out of the sliding block (2) when the sliding block (2) and rail (1) are separated. The middle of the upper ball retaining bracket (5) is fastened with two screws to the screw hole (22) of the sliding block, whereby its two bevels (50) have a function of supporting the steel balls. To prevent engagement with the lugs (91,92) located on the end cover (3), four corners (51) of the upper ball retaining bracket (5) are cut off.
Fig.9 shows the side ball retaining bracket of this invention, in which the side ball retaining bracket (6) prevents the steel balls located in steel ball troughs (83, 84) from falling out of the sliding block (2) when the sliding block (2) and rail (1) are separated. The side ball retaining bracket has a special shape in which the base is equipped with two ears (60), a hole (61) in the middle of the ears serves to attach the screws 0, the ears (60) adhere straight to both sides of the sliding block (2) after the side ball retaining bracket (6) and sliding block (2) have been assembled, with the curved side (63) holding the steel ball correctly. Fig. 11 shows a perspective view of the upper and side ball retaining brackets after assembly with the sliding block, in which the location of the side ball retaining bracket represents a depth to prevent the lugs (93,94) of the end cover from engaging the side ball retaining bracket. Fig. 6 shows an equal depth (99) to prevent the end cover from engaging the ears (60) of the side ball retaining bracket.
Fig.12 zeigt eine andere Art von Kulissenstein dieser Erfindung, in der die Bauweise hauptsächlich dem in den Fig.3 und 4 gezeigten Kulissenstein entspricht, wobei jedoch der Unterschied darin liegt, daß beideIf a special free running of the circulation system is required, the end cover, guide block and sliding block of this invention are designed differently. Fig.12 shows another type of sliding block of this invention, in which the construction corresponds mainly to the sliding block shown in Figs.3 and 4, but the difference is that both

In addition to the sliding block in Fig.12, the cover plate (Fig.13) has a cavity (31,32) on its left and right side and encloses the four guideways (33,34,35,36) and noses (91,92,93,94) for guiding the steel ball in steel ball troughs and curved flanges (95,96,97,98) in guideways next to the circulation holes. In Fig.14, stop pins (45) on the guide block are omitted, but locating flanges (43,44) are additionally installed. Fig.15 shows a perspective view of the cover shown in Fig.13 and the guide block shown in Fig.14 after assembly, in which the flanges (43) and (95,96,97,98) clamp well into the fisheye hole (2a, Fig.12) and flange (44) clamps into the fisheye hole (2b, Fig.12). This allows the flanges of the cover and guide block to be assembled 0 of the cover,
The guide block and sliding block fit perfectly into the fisheye holes of the sliding block, thus achieving precise alignment and allowing the steel balls to move more smoothly.
