Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schmuckring, der aus einem Tragelement und einem oder mehreren auswechselbaren Schmuckelementen zusammengesetzt ist.The present invention relates to a jewelry ring which is composed of a support element and one or more interchangeable jewelry elements.

Das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster 295 00 670.6 beschreibt einen Schmuckring, dessen Tragelement einen Befestigungsstift umfaßt und bei dem ein lösbar befestigtes Schmuckelement eine Öffnung aufweist, durch die der Befestigungsstift hindurchragt, wobei ein Teil des Befestigungsstiftes bei befestigtem Schmuckelement sichtbar frei liegt. Das auf diese Weise lösbar befestigte Schmuckelement kann während des Tragens des Schmuckrings ausgewechselt werden. Um das auswechselbare Schmuckelement gegen ungewolltes Lockern oder Herabfallen zu sichern, weist der Befestigungsstift optional eine kopfartige Erweiterung an seinem sichtbar frei liegenden Ende auf, wobei dann das auswechselbare Schmuckelement vorzugsweise aus elastischem Material besteht und dessen Öffnung einen kleineren Durchmesser als die kopfartige Erweiterung aufweist. Zusätzlich kann am Befestigungsstift ein lösbares Sicherungselement, wie zum Beispiel ein O-Ring, vorgesehen sein. Diese Konstruktion erlaubt es, eines oder mehrere Schmuckelemente ganz leicht durch den Spalt in das als Rundhaken ausgebildete Tragelement einzuhängen und anschließend bis zum Anschlag vorzuschieben. Wird der Schmuckring anschließend auf den Finger des Trägers geschoben, wird der Spalt des Tragelements damit verschlossen, wodurch gewährleistet ist, daß das oder die aufgeschobenen Schmuckelemente nicht verlorengehen können.
