Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fingerring.The invention relates to a finger ring.

Der Innendurchmesser eines Fingerrings hängt von der Dicke des Fingers ab, an dem er getragen werden so!!. Da es für einen Juwelier äußerst kostspieiig ist, von jedem Ringmodell sämtliche Größen auf Lager zu haben, damit der Kunde den gewünschten Ring sofort mitnehmen kann, sind schon verschiedene Versuche unternommen worden, ein und denselben Ring so auszugestalten, daß er auf verschiedene Größen von Fingern paßt. Bekannt ist die sehr aufwendige Möglichkeit einen Ring aufzutrennen und die Ringschiene dann zu verkürzen oder zu verlängern, was z.B. bei vollständig emaillierten oder vollständig mit Schmuckelementen besetzten Ringen unmöglich ist. Bei dieser Methode müssen die folgenden, sehr arbeitsintensiven Schritte durchgeführt werden: Ringschiene neu biegen, wieder schließen, verlöten, nacharbeiten und polieren. Dabei muß sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet werden, damit die Trennstelle nicht zu gesehen ist. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch einen Fingerring gelöst, der einen Körper mit drei von jeweils einem ringförmigen Rand umgebene Öffnungen aufweist, von denen jeweils zwei gemeinsam einen Durchgang für einen Finger begrenzen und daß sich die dadurch gebildeten drei Durchgänge in einem gemeinsamen Raumbereich schneiden und sich in ihrer lichten Weite unterscheiden. Es besteht dabei sogar die Möglichkeit, daß eine oder zwei der - die Öffnungen umgebende - ringförmigen Ränder unterbrochen sind. Der Ring wird so auf den Finger geschoben, daß eine der Öffnungen als Eintrittsöffnung für den Finger dient und eine andere als Austrittsöffnung. Je nachdem durch welchen der Durchgänge ein Finger gesteckt wird, ist es möglich, unterschiedliche Finger durch ein und denselben Fingerring zu schmücken. Das bedeutet, daß es möglich ist, den Ring an einem Tag am Ringfinger der linken Hand zu tragen, am nächsten z.B. am Ringfinger der rechten Hand. Bei einem konventionellen Ring ist dies im Normalfall nicht möglich, da die Dicke der Finger verschiedener Hände im Normalfall unterschiedlich ist. Ebenso besteht natürlich auch die Möglichkeit den Ring an verschiedenen Fingern derselben Hand zu tragen. Genauso ist es möglich, daß verschiedene Personen den Ring benützen können. Dies alles war bisher nur durch sehr aufwendige Methoden möglich, ist jetzt aber ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel durch die erfindungsgemäße Konstruktion des Körpers möglich. Der in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellte Fingerring weist einen Körper 1 mit drei Öfnungen 7a bis 7c auf, wobei ein Schmuckteil 2 hinter einer der Öffnungen 7a erscheint, in dem Schmuckteil 2 ist ein schmückendes Element 5, in diesem Fall ein Edelstein, gefaßt. Neben einem Edelstein ist jedes andere Schmuckelement genauso denkbar: Z. B. ein Halbedelstein, ein geschliffener Glaskörper oder auch eine Perle. Das Schmückten 2 ist mit dem Körper 1 um eine Achse 3 drehbar mit diesem verbunden. Die Lage der Achse 3 bezüglich des Körpers 1 ist in der Figur 1 angedeutet. Die Achse 3 ist dabei körperlich nicht durchgängig von einer Seite des Körpers 1 zur anderen, sondern an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten des Körpers 1 sind zwei Zapfen 3a, 3b starr mit dem Körper 1 verbunden. Vorzugsweise steht jeder dieser Zapfen 3a, 3b 1 bis 2 mm über die Innenfläche des Körpers 1 heraus. Diese Zapfen 3a, 3b greifen in dafür vorgesehene Bohrungen 4 im Schmuckteil 2 ein. Das Schmuckteil 2 ist so geformt, daß die dem Mittelpunkt des Körpers 1 zugewandte Seite konkav ausgebildet ist. Das erleichtert es einen Finger durch einen der Durchgänge 8a bis 8c (siehe Figur 4), die durch jeweils zwei der Öffnungen 7a bis 7c definiert werden, zu schieben, wenn das Schmuckteil 2 unterhalb einer der Öffnungen 7a bis 7c liegt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß auch das Schmückten 2 zur Begrenzung der Durchgänge 8a bis 8c beiträgt; dies wird in der Beschreibung der Figur 9 näher erläutert. Außerdem wird durch die Zapfen 3a, 3b gewährleistet, daß das Schmuckteil 2 - solange der Ring sich nicht auf einem Finger befindet - bezüglich des Körpers 1 verdreht werden kann und damit das Schmuckteil 2 unter jede der drei öffnungen 7a bis 7c gedreht werden kann. In der in Figur 1 gezeichneten Stellung wird der Durchgang 8b durch die Öffnungen 7b, 7c definiert. Dabei sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel entlang jeder Öffnung 7a bis 7c, die jeweils von einem ringförmigen Rand 9a bis 9c umschlossen wird, jeweils ein Kranz von Edelsteinen so gefaßt, daß sie die Öffnungen 7a bis 7c umrahmen. Das Schmuckteii 2 kann, wie dargestellt, ein schmückendes Element 5 aufnehmen, in diesem Fall einen Edelstein. 2.
