Die Zusammensetzung wird innig gemischt und in geeigneten Formen unter hohem Druck und Hitze bei etwa 60 bis 7O0C während 5 bis 10 Minuten verpreßt, um daraus die gewünschten Formkörper zu erhalten. Wenn relativ wenig feines Material vorhanden ist, ist der Formkörper porig und damit wasserdurchlässig. Während es auch Anwendungen für wasserdurchlässige Formkörper gibt, wird bei der Anwendung als Kammerfüllelement relative Wasserundurchlässigkeit angestrebt. Deshalb sollte der Anteil "Elastomergranulat" einen hohen Prozentsatz feines Material enthalten, beispielsweise 10 bis 15 Gew.% Gummimehl, bezogen auf die Gesamtzusammensetzung. Wenn eine gewisse Gashaltigkeit des Formkörpers angestrebt wird, ohne die Wasserdichtigkeit zu gefährden, kann man dem Polyurethan ein geringes Treibmittel zusetzen, so daß sich geschlossene Bläschen in dem Formkörper zwischen dem körnigen Mineral bilden.The composition is thoroughly mixed and pressed in suitable molds under high pressure and heat at about 60 to 70 0 C for 5 to 10 minutes to obtain the desired molded body.
