Claims (4)

1. Knochenimplatat,
mit einer im wesentlichen kugelsegmentartig ausge­ bildeten Pfanne (1) zur Aufnahme des Gelenkkopfes einer Oberschenkel-Knochenprothese,
sowie mit stiftartigen Befestigungsmitteln (3) zur Verankerung der Pfanne (1) im Beckenknochen des Pa­ tienten,
wobei die Pfanne (1) Ausnehmungen (2) zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsmittel (3) aufweist,
die Ausnehmungen (2) für eine achsparallele Anord­ nung der Befestigungsmittel (3) ausgebildet sind, und
die Ausnehmungen Anschläge für eine zum Inneren der Pfanne gerichtete Bewegung der Befestigungsmittel aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Knochenimplantat als während der Operation zu­ sammenfügbarer Bausatz ausgestaltet ist, der einer­ seits die Pfanne (1) und andererseits die Befesti­ gungsmittel (3) beinhaltet,
die Ausnehmungen (2) zum Inneren der Pfanne (1) ko­ nisch zulaufen, und
die Befestigungsmittel (3) in dem Bereich konisch ausgebildet sind, der in die Pfanne (1) einführbar ist,
wobei die Konizität der Ausnehmungen (2) und der Be­ festigungsmittel (3) gleich groß ist.1. bone implant,
