Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzweste, insbesondere zum Schutz von Personen mit einem Herzschrittmacher, bestehend aus metallisierten textlien Flächengebilden, mit der störende hochfrequente elektrische Felder vom Träger abgeschirmt und somit gesundheitliche Beinträchtigungen vermieden werden sollen.The present invention relates to a protective vest, in particular for protecting people with a pacemaker, consisting of metallized textile fabrics, with which disruptive high-frequency electric fields are shielded from the wearer and thus health impairments are to be avoided.
Es ist bekannt, daß ein großer Teil der Bevölkerung ( ca. 200 000 Personen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland) mit Herzschrittmachern versorgt sind. Diese Personen werden in ihrer natürlichen Umwelt hochfrequenten elektrischen Feldern unkontrolliert ausgesetzt, die unter bestimmten Bedingungen zu Störungen der Funktion des Herzschrittmachers und damit zu lebensbedrohlichen Situationen des Trägers fuhren können. Außerdem werden in vielen Einrichtungen elektronische Schleusen zur Kontrolle von Personen und zur Warensicherung eingesetzt. Auch ist der schädigende Einfluß von mobilen Telefonen und elektrischen Haushaltgeräten bekannt.It is known that a large part of the population (approx. 200,000 people in the Federal Republic of Germany) are fitted with pacemakers. Aus der DE-OS 195 00 254 ist bereits ein Ganzkö&phgr;er-EMV-Schutzanzug zum Schutz der den Anzug tragenden Person gegen elektromagnetische Felder bekannt, wobei der Schutzanzug ein Laminat mit einer wind- und wasserdichten, wasserdampfdurchlässigen Funktionsschicht und einem metallisierten textlien Flächengebilde aufweist. Dabei ist das Laminat im Inneren eines luft-, wasser und wasserdampfdurchlässigen Oberstoffes angeordnet. Für die metallisierte Textilschicht des Laminats kann ein beliebiges textiles Flächengebilde verwendet werden, bei dem es sich um Wirkware, Webware, Strickware oder Vlies handeln kann. Dieses Flächengebilde ist mit metallisierten Fasern aufgebaut, bei denen es sich beispielsweise um verkupfertes oder versilbertes Polyamid oder Polyester handelt. Die Fasern können jedoch auch ganz oder teilweise aus Metall bestehen. Die Fasern können auch aus einzelnen Filamenten bestehen, die zum Teil oder alle aus Metall gebildet sind. Weiterhin kann der Schutzanzug auf der zum Körper weisenden Innenseite des Laminats mit einem Innenfutter versehen sein, das entweder lose oder lösbar innerhalb des Laminates angeordnet ist oder das einen innenseitigen Teil des Laminates bildet.A full-body EMC protective suit for protecting the person wearing the suit against electromagnetic fields is already known from DE-OS 195 00 254, whereby the protective suit has a laminate with a windproof and waterproof, water vapor permeable functional layer and a metallized textile fabric. In der Figur 1 ist der schematische Querschnitt eines mehrschichtigen Laminates dargestellt, aus dem die erfindungsgemäße Schutzweste hergestellt ist. Die untere Schicht 2, die an der Innenseite der Schutzweste, also der dem Körper zugewandten Seite, liegt, besteht aus einem atmungsaktiven textlien Flächengebilde, wie beispielsweise einem Gewebe, einer Maschenware, einem Vliesstoff, einem Fadengelege oder dgl., welches vorzugsweise aus Baumwolle gefertigt ist. Der zur Abschirmung dienende äußere Oberstoff 1 besteht aus einem textlien Flächengebilde 1, beispielsweise einem Gewebe, Gewirke, Gestrick, Nähgewirke, Vliesstoff oder dgl., aus vorzugsweise Polyamidfasern oder Polyamidgarnen, welches faserumhüllend mit einer Metallschicht, beispielsweise aus Silber oder Kupfer, versehen ist. Die innen liegende Schicht 2 und der äußere Oberstoff 1 sind an ihren Berührungsflächen durch den Einsatz eines thermoplastischen Laminatmediums 3 miteinander verbunden.Figure 1 shows the schematic cross section of a multi-layer laminate from which the protective vest according to the invention is made. Die erfindungsgemäße Schutzweste ist aus dem gemäß Figur 1 dargestellten mehrschichtigen Laminat konfektioniert. Um störende Verbindungsnähte im Brust- und Rückenbereich zu vermeiden, besteht die Schutzweste nur aus einem Zuschnitteil gemäß Figur 2. Dieses Zuschnitt eil enthält ein Rückenteil 7 und zwei Vorderteile 5 und 6. Zwischen dem Rückenteil 7 und den Vorderteilen 5 und 6 befindet sich mittig der Halsausschnitt 4 und an den äußeren Schnittkanten jeweils ein Ausschnitt 8, 9 für die Arme. Die Vorderteile 5 und 6 werden an ihren Schnittkanten 5a, 6a mit dem Rückenteil 7 unterhalb der Armausschnitte 8, 9 zusammengenäht. Die hier entstehenden Nähte beeinflussen die Abschirmung für den Herzschrittmacher nicht. An den inneren Schnittkanten 5b, 6b können die Vorderteile 5, 6 beim Tragen der Schutzweste im Brustbereich geschlossen werden. Als Verschluß dient vorteilhafter Weise ein überlappender Klettverschluß 11, der beispielsweise mittels eines geeigneten Klebers an den Teilen 5 und 6 aufgebracht ist. Mit diesem Verschluß wird eine auf die Abschirmwirkung Einfluß nehmende Nahtbildung im Brustbereich vermieden und das An- und Ausziehen der Schutzweste wesentlich vereinfacht.The protective vest according to the invention is made from the multi-layer laminate shown in Figure 1.
