Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Glasreinigungseinrichtung insbesondere für Fahrzeuge.The invention relates to a glass cleaning device, in particular for vehicles.
Bei Gläsern von Außenspiegeln, Front-, Seiten-, Heckscheiben sowie Scheinwerfergläsern ist die Verschmutzung der Glasoberflächen nach längerer Fahrt eine unangenehme, weil die Sichtverhältnisse beeinträchtigende Begleiterscheinung. Für Scheinwerfergläser hat man spezielle Wischer entwickelt, die mit Hilfe einer aus Düsen auf die Scheinwerfergläser gespritzten Reinigungsflüssigkeit die Scheinwerfergläser reinigen können. Für die anderen zahlreichen am Fahrzeug befindlichen Scheiben und Gläser besteht noch keine zufriedenstellende Reinigungsmöglichkeit..When it comes to the glass of exterior mirrors, front, side and rear windows as well as headlight lenses, the dirt on the glass surfaces after a long journey is an unpleasant side effect because it impairs visibility. Zur Lösung ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß an den die jeweilige Scheibe umgebenden Fahrzeugteilen wie etwa Spiegelgehäuse, Türrahmen oder dergleichen eine Ionisierungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die durch Abgabe ionisierender Strahlung in Richtung auf die Scheibenofberflache deren elektrostatische Aufladung bewirkt. Durch die Ionisierung des Spiegels oder des Glases bzw. der Fahrzeugscheiben wird durch die abstoßende Wirkung gleicher Ladungsträger ein Reinigungseffekt der Glasoberfläche erreicht.
