Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein T-Shirt gemäß Oberbegriff Schutzanspruch 1.The innovation relates to a T-shirt according to the generic term of protection claim 1.

Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, ein T-Shirt zu schaffen, welches besonderer Weise als Werbeträger in geeignet ist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein T-Shirt entsprechend dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Schutzanspruches 1 ausgebildet.The aim of the innovation is to create a T-shirt that is particularly suitable as an advertising medium. Das neuerungsgemäße T-Shirt gestattet eine verbesserte und neuartige T-Shirt-Werbung und verbindet in vorteilhafter Weise Werbewirksamkeit und Nutzeffekt. Bei der Neuerung werden die Aufnäher in fertiggestelltem Zustand, d.h. vollständig bedruckt usw. auf dem wenigstens einem Ärmel des T-Shirts derart aufgenäht daß dieser Aufnäher bzw. die dortige Werbung nicht nur von der Seite, sondern auch von vorne und von hinten zumindest teilweise sichtbar ist. Hierfür weist der Aufnäher ein relativ großen Zuschnitt auf und ist bevorzugt unter Verwendung von wenigstens einer zusätzlichen Naht so aufgenäht, daß er wenigstens zwei von oben her zugängliche Taschen bildet, in denen unterschiedlichste Gebrauchsgegenstände verstaut werden können. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung erstreckt sich der Aufnäher wenigstens um den halben Umfang des Ärmels. Durch die zusätzlichen Nähte ist trotz der großen Breite des Aufnähers für einen ordentlichen Sitz dieses Aufnähers gesorgt, womit auch die Werbung beim Tragen des T-Shirt einwandfrei lesbar ist. Zusätzlich zu dem Aufnäher können selbstverständlich am T-Shirt auch noch weitere Werbeaufdrucke direkt aufgebracht sein.The T-shirt according to the innovation allows for improved and new T-shirt advertising and advantageously combines advertising effectiveness and utility. Claims

Protection claims
