Die Erfindung betrifft ein Misch- und Rührelement zur effektiveren Durchmischung von Flüssigkeiten. Hierzu werden sog. Scheibenrührer oder Balkenrührer mit vertikal stehenden Rührblättern eingesetzt. Der Vorteil der Schrägblatt-.rührer liegt in einer starken Ausbildung einer axialen Strömung von oben nach unten oder umgekehrt {Drehrichtungswechsel), sodaß auch in ungünstigen Behälterformen wie Rechteckbecken, liegenden Tanks oder dgl. eine gute Ausmischung der Endbereiche und Ecken erfolgt. Die Balkenrührer erzeugen diese Wirkrichtung nicht, bewirken jedoch aufgrund starker Wirbelbildung hinter den Rührblättern eine lokal intensive Mischung sodaß sie für schwierigere Homogenisierungsaufgaben besser geeignet sind.For example, so-called inclined blade agitators with inclined blades are used to achieve good movement and mixing of one or more liquids in a container.
