Erfindungsgemäß ist die Wandstärke des Basisrohres und die Dicke der Schutzschicht in etwa gleich groß gewählt, so daß sich die Sauerstoffdiffu-0 sions-Sperrschicht in der neutralen Zone befindet. Dies gilt auch für die Materialien von Haftvermittlerschich-0 ten, die sich zweckmäßigerweise zwischen Basisrohr und Diffusionssperre und/oder Diffusionssperre und Schutzschicht befinden. Die vorzugsweise auf die Sperrschicht aufgetragene Haftvermittlerschicht kann als Schutzschicht im weiteren Sinne aufgefaßt werden, die zusammen mit der eigentlichen Schutzschicht die Sperrschicht umgibt und schützt.
