Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Anordnung zum Verhindern unangenehmer Gerüche in Schuhen.The innovation relates to an arrangement to prevent unpleasant odors in shoes.
Bisher werden Schuhe, die durch die Benützung an der Innenseite unangenehme Gerüche angenommen haben, dadurch behandelt, daß in das Innere ein geruchsneutralisierendes Mittel eingesprüht wird. Dadurch wird zwar verhindert, daß die Schuhe nach dem Tragen einen unangenehmen Geruch abgeben, jedoch kann nicht verhindert werden, daß derartige Gerüche während des Tragens auftreten. Um letzteres zu verhindern, ist es bereits bekannt, Einlegesohle mit Aktivkohle zu versehen, wobei diese Aktivkohle in einen Schaumstoffträger o. ä. eingebettet ist, welche Aktivkohle die entstehenden Gerüche aufnehmen soll. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß die Einlegesohle einerseits einen erheblichen Platz innerhalb des Schuhes einnimmt, da bei zu dünnen Einlegesohlen zu wenig Aktivkohle vorhanden ist, um eine Absorption der unangenehmen Gerüche zu erreichen. Anderseits haben derartige Einlegesohlen den Nachteil, daß die Aktivkohle bald verbraucht ist, wonach dann die erwünschte Wirkung der Einlegesohlen nicht mehr erreicht wird.Until now, shoes that have acquired unpleasant odors on the inside through use have been treated by spraying an odor-neutralizing agent into the inside. Derartige Ausbildungen haben den Nachteil, daß sie einen sehr komplexen Sohlenaufbau besitzen, der nur mit aufwendigen Formen und Verfahren erstellbar ist. Dadurch ist es möglich, verbrauchte Duftplättchen auf einfache Weise auszutauschen, damit immer die gewünschte Wirkung erzielt wird. Außerdem kann eine derartige Einrichtung in jeden Schuh nachträglich eingebracht werden.
