Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Stabilisierungsbanderole als Handy-Banderole mit Handhabungsausbildung ausgeführt, und zwar so, da/S handhabungsabhängig die Verspannung verstärkt wird. Handhabungsabhängig meint, daß diese Verstärkung der Spannung beim Aufnehmen der Packgutgesamtheit an der Handhabungsausbildung entsteht, weil auf die Stabilisierungsbanderole, resultierend aus der Schwerkraft, zusätzliche Kräfte einwirken, die den ReibungsSchluß vergrößern. Man entnimmt aus den Figuren, da/3 die Ümverpackung stets besteht aus einem Bodentray 4, welches die Packgutgesamtheit 1 bodenseitig horizontal und umlaufend umfaßt und eine nicht gezeichnete Einfaltung aufweisen kann, die einem geschlossenen Boden oder einem offenen Boden mit umlaufenden Einschlägen entspricht. Man erkennt fernerhin, da/8 eine Stabilisierungsbanderole 5 vorgesehen ist, die an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Packgutgesamtheit 1 senkrecht verlaufende Abschnitte 5a aufweist, an zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnseitenkanten der Packgutgesamtheit gleichsam umgekantet ist und im übrigen in Reihungsrichtung der Packgutelemente 3 verläuft. Die Anordnung ist so getroffen, da/3 die Stabilisierungsbanderole die Packgutelemente 3 in Reihungsrichtung gegeneinander durch Reibungsschlu/3 zwischen den Kontaktflächen 2 verspannt. Erfindungsgemäß stellt das Bodentray 4 mit seinen in den Figuren erkennbaren vertikalen Flächen eine Vollumreifung dar, die die Packgutelemente 3 mit Umreif ungsspannung verspannt. Im übrigen wird über die Stabilisierungsbanderole 5 auf die Packgutelemente 3 eine stabilisierende Spannung ausgeübt. Dabei kann es sich um eine statische, beim Anbringen der Stabilisierungsbanderole 5 definierte Spannung handeln. Dazu wird auf die Fig. 1, 3, 4 u.a. verwiesen.
