BeschreibungDescription
diesen Punkt verdreht. The invention relates to the generic term of the main claim. Adjustment fittings for adjusting flat elements in slatted frames, such as neck sections or head sections, are known per se. However, in the known systems, the axis of rotation of the zone to be adjusted is usually fixed in the frame. The zone to be adjusted is only rotated around this point.
This type of head or neck adjustment has the disadvantage that a wedge shape is created. For healthy sleep, however, it is important that the head is parallel to the body axis and is only raised minimally. The well-known locking height adjusters that make a conventional headboard adjustable are designed in such a way that the first position is already far too high for healthy sleep. For reading or watching TV, however, it is advantageous to have a wedge-shaped adjustment option. The invention is based on the task of developing an adjustment fitting that, on the one hand, offers a good sleeping option with fine, stepless adjustment and, on the other hand, also offers the option of a steep wedge-shaped angle of adjustment for reading or watching TV. A major problem is that after a parallel lifting of the flat element, a step is created, which would have a negative effect if it were raised further to a wedge shape. This problem was solved by coupling two link systems together via connecting rods in such a way that a link system driven by a linear motor, with the appropriate arrangement of the connecting rods, converts a pulling movement into a pushing movement after a dead point has been exceeded, and thus causes the other two system pairs coupled via the connecting rods to move downwards from this point.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.

By extending the linear motor (7), which is supported on the frame part (1) via the motor mount (8), the bracket (6) is driven in an articulated manner in the axis (20). This causes the torsion shaft (2), which is firmly connected to the control plates (3) + (4), to rotate around the axes (5). At the same time, the connecting rods (9) + (10), which are articulated in the axis (11), pull on the control plates (3) + (4) and in the axis (14), which are located on the curved brackets (12) + (13). This in turn causes the curved brackets (12) + (13) to rotate around the axis (21) and thereby move the flat element (15) upwards via the articulation points (16). Since a bushing (19) is attached to each of the handlebar plates (3) + (4) and this is guided in the
long hole of the guide bracket (17), the flat element (15) initially moves upwards in an almost parallel manner if the
lever lengths and articulation points are designed accordingly. Shortly after the connecting brackets (9) + (10) are in a position so that
the axes (14), (5) and (11) are in line, the direction of movement of the
connecting rods (9) + (10) changes so that the flat element (15) moves downwards in the area of the
axis (16). The contact point of the bushing (19) in the long hole of the guide bracket
(17) continues to move upwards until the desired wedge-shaped position of the flat element (15) is reached.
