The pocket sleeve must be assigned to the clothing technology area. In particular, multifunctional items of clothing (e.g. sportswear) are intended that meet the requirements of use in different situations in an exemplary manner. The pocket sleeve as a sleeve belongs to the jacket (outerwear). The pocket sleeve as a pocket is combined with the same, now sleeveless, torso part, i.e. a vest. What is new is that one of the two detachable sleeves can be converted into a pocket in a few simple steps and can thus hold the second sleeve and other utensils. The jacket item of clothing thus becomes a vest item of clothing without leaving behind unnecessary ballast (the sleeves).

The special folding mechanism can also be used with a varying basic shape, then the result is a bag that can be folded flat and small.

Execution:

An embodiment of the invention is explained using Figures 1 to 7. For better understanding, buttons, buttonholes and snap fasteners are also designated with Latin letters, so it is always clear when the same buttons etc. are used for different work steps.

First, the sleeve is unbuttoned from the body with three buttons and laid flat lengthwise (i.e. 90° different from its sleeve position) (see also Fig. 1). On the upper, curved edge of the sleeve, only one buttonhole (a) is now visible, but this is doubled. (The third buttonhole for attaching the sleeve to the body is now directly on the left outer edge of the sleeve and is therefore not noticeable.) Four buttonholes are visible on the cuff, which are arranged in pairs approximately 14 cm apart, horizontally (b ₀ ) and vertically (c ₀ ) close together.

Now the sleeve cuff is loosened. To do this, an inner button fastener (d _Ki J) must be loosened on the right and left outer edge of the sleeve. In addition,

the two snap fasteners (e _DT , f _DT ) located in the middle at the front and back under the cuff are opened. The cuff can now be unfolded. The sleeve is now at its full length (see Fig. 2). Two buttons (d«) are immediately visible at the lower end of the right and left outer edges of the sleeve. The corresponding buttonholes (O ₁ ) are located vertically in the outer edges of the sleeve and are therefore not visible in the top view. There is also a button (g) in the lower left area of the sleeve, diagonally above it, in a horizontal line, two snap fastener lower parts (e _T ), the corresponding upper parts (e _D ) of which are located directly on the lower edge of the sleeve. The four buttonholes visible on the unfolded cuff, which are arranged in pairs at a distance of approx. 14 cm, horizontally (b ₀ ) and vertically (c ₀ ) to each other, are now doubled like (a).

The next step is to fold the entire lower sleeve area forwards (see Fig. 3). The center of the buttons (d^j should be placed at the lower end of the corresponding buttonholes (dj). The buttonhole constellation (bu), (Cy) of the lower side of the cuff, which is still double, is now visible. The two snap fastener lower parts (f _T ) are also visible in a horizontal line below the buttonhole constellation (bu), [c _u ).

Now the two overlapping sleeve edges are grasped in the middle with the thumb and index finger of each hand and pulled downwards and upwards respectively. Two buttonholes (b _Oi u) are now located in a vertical line on both sides directly on the buttonholes (c _Oj u) and the buttons (d«) are in the middle of this vertical line (see Fig. 4). The starting position for forming the pocket base is created.

The bottom of the pocket is closed by first buttoning the two lower buttonholes (b _u ) and (Cy) onto the two buttons (d«). This reveals the two snap fastener lower parts (f _T ) in a straight line slightly below the buttons (d^) (see Fig. 5). Then the two upper buttonholes (b ₀ ) and (c ₀ ) are buttoned onto the same buttons (d«). There are now four buttonholes on each of the two buttons (d^ ). After unbuttoning, the piece of the lower edge of the sleeve between the buttonholes is folded inwards. The snap fastener upper parts (e _D ) can now be closed with the snap fasteners (f _T ) (see Fig. 6). The bottom of the pocket is finished.

The pocket is now closed. The pocket flap consists of the upper sleeve area, the double buttonhole (a) now serves as a closure together with the button (g) (see Fig. 7). Finally, the upper edge of the pocket

A strap is attached using two suspender clips (see Fig. 8) and the bag is ready for use.

Claims (3)

Protection claims 1. The pocket sleeve characterized, that the sleeve made of textile, foldable material can be completely detached from the body of the jacket (which includes a strap with two clips). 2. Basic pocket sleeve shape according to claim 1 marked by, curved line at the top of the sleeve and a fold-over hem with buttons, which can be converted into a pocket base using clear buttoning instructions. 3. Buttoning regulations according to protection claim 2 marked by, a folding mechanism through which the basic shape takes on the form of either a sleeve or a pocket.
