Das erste Fasergewebe wird mit einem Schaumungsmittel imprägniert, bevor es mit dem zweiten Fasergewebe in Anlage gebracht wird. Die Kombination des ersten Fasergewebes mit dem zweiten Fasergewebe wird einem Anpreß- und Heizverfahren unterworfen. Das erste Fasergewebe ist an beiden äußeren Flächen und dessen Unterseite mit einer vorbestimmten Dicke von Schaummaterial versehen, während das zweite Fasergewebe an der äußeren Fläche mit einer vorbestimmten Stärke an Schaummaterial versehen ist.
