Das Querstück in Fig.l (1) kann aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen (z.B. Holz, Kunststoff, Metall). Das als Hauptträger dienende Seil (2), welches ca 1 m lang ist, wird an dem Querstück (1) - hier durch eine Bohrung (3) hindurchgeführt und verknotet - befestigt, es sind jedoch auch andere Befestigungsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Seil (2) wird mit dem freien Ende an die Boxenstäbe genotet oder mit Hilfe einer Schrauböse an einer Holz- bzw.Boxenwand (mit Dübel auch in Steinwänden) befestigt.The crosspiece in Fig.l (1) can be made of various materials (e.g. wood, plastic, metal).
