Stand der Technik: Hinweisschilder vor spielenden Kindern weisen die Formen üblicher Verkehrsschilder auf. Auf kleinen, in der Regel, rechteckigen Tafeln wird lediglich durch Worte und Symbole auf spielende Kinder aufmerksam gemacht. Problem: Der im Schutzanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, daß bereits üblicherweise im Strassenverkehr vorhandenen Verkehrsschilder und der dadurch bedingten Verkehrsschildmühdigkeit der Verkehrsteilnehmer das mit den Warnschildern bezweckte Ziel nicht mehr hinreichend erreicht wird. Da die Schilder üblicherweise nur sehr klein sind erblicken die Autofahrer das Kinderwamschild ohnedies meist zu spät. Im Handel sind derzeit keine Warnschilder vor spielenden Kindern erhältlich. So können auch private Anlieger , deren Grundstücke an eine Durchgangsstrasse grenzen die vorbeifahrenden Autofahrer nicht eindringlich vor ihren meist überraschend erscheinenden Kindern warnen. Der Autofahrer wird nicht zu einer negativen und gleichgültigen Haltung bewegt, weil das Hinweisschild nicht die Form eines üblichen Verkehrsschildes aufweist. Das freundliche farbenfrohe Erscheinungsbild der lebensgroßen Figuren läßt ein spielendes Kind direkt vor dem Autofahrer erscheinen und wirkt so auf psychologische Weise im positiven Sinn auf das Fahrverhalten des Autofahrers ein. Insbesondere liegt in der privaten Nutzung der Vorteil dieser Erfindung. Der herannahende Autofahrer erkennt sofort, daß es hier nicht um eine staatlich verordnete Einschränkung seiner Freiheiten geht, sondern daß Eltern und sonstige für Kinder Verantwortliche aus eigenen Mitteln und mit eigenen Kräften um ein langsames Fahren bitten, auch wenn der Autofahrer im Augenblick des Herannahens ( noch ) keine Kinder erbückt. Z.b. kann die Ausführung auch ein Kind ( Mädchen oder Junge ) darstellen, das einen Ball in der Hand trägt oder ein , sonstiges Spielzeug.
