Die Neuerung betrifft eine einstückige Wäscheklammer aus federelastischem Kunststoff, bei der die von den beiden Klammerschenkeln erzeugten Klemm- bzw. Reibkräfte durch im Klemmkörper ausgebildete Scharnierbänder erzeugt werden.The innovation concerns a one-piece clothespin made of spring-elastic plastic, in which the clamping or friction forces generated by the two clamp legs are generated by hinge bands formed in the clamp body.

Wäscheklammern werden in mannigfaltigen Aufführungsformen und aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen hergestellt. In unserer Zeit haben dabei aus Kunststoff gefertigte Ausführungen verstärkt Anwendung gefunden, weil dieser Werkstoff bei seiner leichten Verarbeitungsmöglichkeit, seiner Wetterbeständigkeit und auch wegen seines dekorativen Aussehens eine Reihe praktischer Vorzüge mit sich bringt bzw. erreichen läßt.
Diesen Vorteilswirkungen steht ein technisch-funktioneiles Problem gegenüber. Es besteht darin, in dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Klammerkörper ein ausreichend straff wirkendes Scharnierband bzw. eine scharnierartig wirkende Zone zu installieren, um den Klammerschenkel eine möglichst große Schließkraft zu verleihen.Clothespins are made in a variety of forms and from different materials. Die Neuerung bezweckt die technisch-funktionelle Vervollkommnung solcher aus Kunststoff gefertigten Wäscheklammern und geht von der Aufgabenstellung aus, bei minimalem Werkstoffeinsatz eine hinsichtlich der erzeugten Klemm- bzw. Schließkräfte verbesserte Konstruktion des Klammerscharniers in Vorschlag zu bringen, sowie bei ökonomischen Werkstoffeinsatz eine vereinfachte Fertigungsform für die Spritzwerkzeuge zu realisieren. Zu dem soll die neuartige Klammer auch gut handlich und formgefällig sein.
Die Aufgabe wird gemäß der vorliegenden Neuerung dadurch gelöst, daß jedem der beiden Klammerschenkel bzw. Klemmschenkel je eine gesonderte aus einem gemeinsamen, elastisch gehaltenen Halsteil ausgeformte und durch Querschnittsvergrößerungen nach dem Halsteil hin unter eine progressive Vorspannung gesetzte Schamierzone zugeordnet ist, deren wirksamer Querschnitt durch das Halsteil gebildet wird und wobei das Halsteil beiderseits als Hohlkehle ausgebildet und einersteils in die Klemmschenkel und anderersteils nach obenhin in eine als Grifföhr ausgeführte Handhabe übergeht.The innovation aims to improve the technical and functional performance of clothespins made of plastic and is based on the task of proposing an improved design of the clip hinge with regard to the clamping or closing forces generated, while using minimal material, and of implementing a simplified manufacturing form for the injection molding tools while using materials economically.
