Abstract

The sensor for electronic switching of appts. for toilet training and the treatment of enuresis is esp. useful in the education of mentally handicapped children. It is readily transportable for use in the home as well as clinic. Two spaced metallic contact grids form the sensor (1) for the flow of urine. When the contacts are conductively connected an electrically-controlled indicator, reproducing appts. or dispenser is switched on. The child can thereby be rewarded upon the instant. The sensor can be formed, and provided with holding, bowed pieces (5), for hanging in a normal w.c. bowl. The distance pieces (6) for the contacts are pref. of plastics. The separation can be of about 5cm.
