Vorrichtungen zur Fernriegelung und Entriegelung von Türen oder Toren, bei welchen im Türstock oder in dem feststehenden Flügel ein Gehäuse mit Elektromagneten zum öffnen und Schließen eines als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildeten Riegels angeordnet ist, sind bereits bekannt. Die Erfindung ist diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen gegenüber dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als ausbalancierter Doppelhebel ausgebildete Riegel durch zwei in besondere Stromkreise eingeschaltete und voneinander unabhängig erregbare Elektromagnete in entgegengesetzten Richtungen bewegt wird und in beiden Endstellungen im indifferenten Gleichgewichte ist.
