Diese in beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellten Sensengriffringe machen gegenüber den gebräuchlichen die Verkeilung entbehrlich, sind einfacher, weil ohne Gelenke, wodurch sie viel leichter, solider und billiger werden. Der Ring r ist von weichem Stahl, hat stark abgerundete Kanten, und nur an den Stellen, wo die Schraube s durchgeht, ist der Ring flantscTienförmig verdickt, hat aber Aussparungen für die Schraube, wie aus dem Grundrifs ersichtlich ist. Der rechtsseitig gezeichnete Ring r hat gar 'keine oder nur schwach angedeutete Aussparungen, dafür aber dickere Flantschen und eine aufsenliegende Schraube s zum Unterschied von der früher beschriebenen versenkten. Dieser neuartige Sensengriffring ist demnach eine Art Federring, welcher durch die Schraube ί beliebig fest zusammengezogen werden kann (etwa mittelst eines Schraubenziehers S).
