Description
KAISERLICHESIMPERIAL
PATENTAMTPATENT OFFICE
The present invention relates to an electric, mainly suitable for ovens, single- or multi-phase alternating current heating equipment with 5 or more systems of heating elements, which are electrically connected to each other. According to the invention are the heating elements designed as double tubes, with an insulating layer between the inner and outer tubes is arranged, for the purpose, firstly as a poor heat conductor, a temperature level to produce between the two tubes in order to optionally use the inner tubes as melting vessels for one in the same airtight and enclosed as evacuated as possible, suitable as a heat collector and temperature controller To be able to use melt material, and secondly the short-circuited at one end To electrically isolate double tubes from each other.
Compared to the well-known juxtaposition of the tubes, they slide into one another In addition to the advantage of the one-sided power supply, there are two more technical ones Advantages. The first is to achieve a heat gradient between the inner ones and the outer tube by using the insulation serving as a poor heat conductor, whereby it is by suitable choice of the Tube material or the tube cross-sections is possible, the electrical power and their Distribute the heating effect more on the inner or outer pipe. As a result of the significantly stronger If the inner tube is heated, it can be designed as a housing for a heat-collecting mass.
The second technical advantage of sliding two tubes into one another is that the inductance of the same is eliminated by taking the algebraic sum of the electric currents is zero in every double pipe. There are therefore no magnetic fields around the outer tubes Alternating fields which, when arranged next to one another, induce a strong phase shift or a bad cos φ result. The smaller the tension or the greater the current strength, the more they fall due to mutual induction induced inductive resistances and lies in the reduction of them a major advantage of the double tubes.
The drawings show as an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention an oven with two levels for concatenated three-phase electricity.
Fig. 2 bis 4 zeigen Einzelheiten. Fig. 5 ist ein Querschnitt durch den Ofen.Fig. Ι shows a circuit diagram of one of the two pipe systems of the upper baking chamber. Figures 2 to 4 show details. Figure 5 is a cross section through the furnace.

Wiepelheizröhren with the power supply lines on the bullet side. In the lower baking chamber II, electrical conductors or heating elements designed as simple tubes filled with water are expediently arranged. Such tubes are used in conventional steam ovens and are made of steel, for example. The power supply lines i are housed in two longitudinal channels of the furnace. As
A transformer g connected upstream of the heating device is designed to reduce the voltage in the primary line to a maximum of 40 volts. Because the heating device does not work with the primary, but with a low-voltage current induced by the transformer, the danger for the operating personnel if the secondary lines are directly touched or if they are grounded is significantly reduced.
Vom Transformator g wird der elektrischeThe transformer g is the electrical
Current is supplied to the groups of inner tubes b by means of bracket e . The latter are conductively connected to the outer tubes a by intermediate pieces c. From these tubes the current flows back through the bracket d to the transformer g. The connection between the tubes and with the brackets d and e can best be seen in FIG. The power supply brackets d and e (Fig. 3 and 4) are provided with conductive pipe connection nipples, f is a heat-resistant insulating layer between the two pipes α and b. This layer has to fulfill not only an electrotechnical, but also a thermotechnical purpose, in that it is intended to serve as a poor heat conductor as a means for generating the heat level mentioned. In Fig. 3 and 4, the pipe connection nipples are not shown. In the present electric heating device for ovens, the ratio: heat-emitting surface of the heated part of the heating device through which the electric current flows, divided by the surface of the part of the device that only emits heat to the baking chamber, is chosen so that it does not fall below the value 3. Hereby is achieved that the temperature of the heat generating portion of the tubes does not need to rise above 450 0, whereby burning of the same does not occur even in the long run. Instead of water, the inner tubes could also be filled with air or some other material suitable for heat accumulation. A metal is suitable as such a mass, in which both the specific and also the latent or melting heat is used for the accumulation of heat. The tubes can also be used without filling.
