Die Entfernung dieses Schutzriegels bezw. Freistellung des Tagesriegels kann nur mittelst des zum Schlosse gehörigen Schlüssels erfolgen. Der Bart des Schlüssels, Fig. 4, ist mit einem der Dicke des Schutzriegels b b entsprechenden Einschnitte ver-; sehen, damit das obere Bartende die punktirt gezeichnete Zuhaltung des Schutzriegels zurückdrängen kann. Das Aufschliefsen mittelst des zugehörigen Schlüssels bewirkt zunächst halbe Zurückziehung des Hauptriegels c c, beim Weiterdrehen halbe Zurückziehung des Schutzriegels b b, sodann Freistellung des Hauptriegels c c und erst hiernach völlige Freistellung des Tagesriegels α α zum Oefrhen mittelst Thürdrückers. Selbst wenn also ein genau ins Schlüsselloch passender Schlüssel ohne den genau auf den Schutzriegel b b passenden Einschnitt angewendet würde, bleibt der Tagesriegel gesichert, während ein Dietrich zu dessen Freistellung nicht angewendet werden kann, weil eben der Hauptriegel beim Aufschliefsen sich über den Schutzriegel b b schiebt.Fig. Ι of the drawing is a two-speed plug-in Thürschlof.
