1. Die gröblich gepulverten Rohmaterialien (Schlacken und natürliche Phosphate) werden mit so viel englischer Schwefelsäure gemischt, dafs deren gesammte Phosphorsäure in in Wasser löslicher Form frei wird. Die Masse wird nun mit wenig Wasser ausgelaugt und die verdünnte Phosphorsäure vom Rückstand getrennt.1. 2. Aus dem Rückstande wird Eisen und Mangan durch Behandlung mit Königswasser und Auswaschen der Chlorverbindungen mit Wasser entfernt. Die nunmehr eisen- und manganfreie mineralische Masse wird je nach Bedürfnifs mit der unter 1. gewonnenen Phosphorsäure wieder gemischt und getrocknet.2.
