Abstract
Description
The previous insulating materials unfortunately have too low a thermal resistance, so that the insulating layer has to be very thick in order to achieve adequate insulation. Since too much usable space is lost as a result, the insulation is neglected, which in turn results in greater noise pollution and higher heating costs. The invention is based on the object of ensuring significantly better insulation with a reduced wall cross-section. This object was achieved according to the invention in that the air is sucked in (up to 10-6 Torr) from a hollow plastic plate (approx. 80% of the thickness cavity, 10% wall material). So that there is no change in cross-section in the case of large areas, the two large parallel areas are supported against each other by thin pegs (? 2 mm). Depending on the negative pressure, there are 1 4 cones per 20 cm2. Since the vacuum conducts neither heat nor sound, the heat and sound only travel through the surface and the struts. However, that's only about 2 of the isolated area. In the case of cooling devices, the electricity costs can be reduced considerably. In residential construction, the walls can be built thinner. If the panels are screwed on, plastering is no longer necessary, a smooth, permanent surface is created and heating costs can be saved. In vehicle construction so far there has only been inadequate insulation possible. The space conditions did not allow for a better one with the usual insulating materials. Since the plates of my invention are made of plastic, they can be manufactured in any shape and can also be used successfully in automobile construction.
