Dieser Fehler wird dadurch beseitigt, dafs die Klingen der Scheere nicht hochkantig, sondern flach umlegbar gemacht werden, so dafs die Spitze der geschlossenen Scheere zwischen die Augen in den durch die beiden breiteren Schalen α und a, den Klingengrifl und die schmaleren Schalen b und b, sowie die dünnen Federn c und c gebildeten Kasten zu liegen kommt. Hierbei ist das Zulegen der Scheere einfacher, indem beide Klingen zugleich umgelegt werden können.
