Abstract

In a solar heat collector and concentrator of the conventional design, blackened surfaces or other adsorbent solids are used to collect the heat energy and to transfer it to a flowing medium (air or water). The heat exchange is now effected by using the fluid medium itself as the absorber. This medium can consist of several liquids or gases which may include solids in solution or suspension. They may also be media which undergo a chemical reaction by the effect of sunlight. Another design uses media with a mixt. of catalysts to accelerate a chemical reaction.

Description

Anlage 2 - lMeschreibungAppendix 2 - Description

Die absorbierte Wärme wird direkt oder indirekt (über Metalle) auf ein strömendes Medium (z.B.Solar collectors, concentrators and reactors (processors) according to the new process principle All known solar collectors and concentrators point to the dismal radiation emitted by the sun, on a piece of equipment fixed, thermodynamic black (gray) layers or selectively absorbing layers Single layers of one or more coherent solid substances. the absorbed heat is applied directly or indirectly (via metals) to a flowing medium (e.g.

wasser, Luft) übertragen und von diesem abtransportiert.water, air) and transported away by this.

Das Prinzipschema ist aus skbb. 1 ersichtlich. The principle scheme is from skbb. 1 can be seen.

The object of the new invention is that the fluid medium itself as The absorber serves and at the same time fulfills the transport task. A fluid medium in In this sense, one or more liquid (s) or gas (s) (also solutions, Mixtures, mixtures, emulsions, vapors) to which solid substances are also added are (solutions, suspensions, aerosols), exist (Fig. 2).

The subject of the new invention is the use of such fluids absorption media in collectors and concentrators, of which special ones are an example Procedural orders are given.

The new invention also relates to solar reactors (processors), those in the above fluid media under the action of sunlight one or more defined chemical reaction (s) take place. The fluid medium contains suitable for this purpose Catalysts.
