Description

  • Fräsmeißel mit auswechselbaren Hartmetall-Schneiden
  • Seit Jahren werden von mir Straßenfräsen hergestellt und mit Fräsmeißeln ausgerüstet, deren llartmetall-Schneiden wenn sie stumpf sind, nachgeschliffen werden miissen.
  • Bei den von mir neuentwickelten Fräsmeißeln (t) eiitfallt das Nachschleifen vollkommen. Ist eine Seite (2) des Hartmetall-Blättchens (3) stumpf, wird die Befestigungsschraube (4) gelöst, das Hartmetall-Blättchen um 900 (5) gedreht und die Schraube (4) angezogen. Wieder steht eine scharfe Schneide zur Verfügung. Nach nochmaligem Drehen des Bl.ittchens liegt die Rückseite der Schneide nicht mehr an der Meißelschulter (6) auf, daher ist das Blättchen mit einem Zentrierbund (7) versehen, der den Druck, welcher auf die Schneide beim Fräsvorgang ausgeübt wird, aufnimmt. Ist das Blittchen an allen vier Seiten stumpf, wird es gewendet und wieder stehen vier Schneiden zur Verfügung.

Claims (3)

  1. Schutzansprüche: 1 Der Fräsmeißel (1) mit auswechselbaren llartmetall-Schneiden ist dadurch gekennzeichnet dan das Hartmetall-Blättchen mit einem Zentrierbund (7) versehen ist.
  2. 2. Der Fräsmeißel (1) mit auswechselbaren Hartmetall-Schneiden nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meißelschaft mit einer Zentrierung (8) versehen ist.
  3. 3. Der Fräsmeißel (1)mit auswechselbaren Hartinetall-Schneiden nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einer Andruckfläche (9) versehen ist.
